Milestone: 1k LEO Power Reached In Anticipation of LEO Airdrop

A few minutes ago, I powered up about 640 liquid LEO to reach little over 1k LEO power. For a while I have had more liquid LEO than I do have LEO power, although I have been procrastinating powering up my liquid LEO. But today, having run into an announcement to the effect that the LEO team will be airdropping some tokens very soon, I felt that the time was now right to power up my LEO.

I know LEO to be a very promising project, so it was not a difficult decision to take. In the days ahead, I will most likely buy more LEO ahead of the airdrop event. Also, I might soon set my LEO rewards to 100% power up to stand a chance of earning more LEO rewards while rewarding others.

For now, nobody knows exactly what the LEO team has in mind. But I think that the announcement is timely considering that only about 5% of LEO is circulating in the market. If anything, this airdrop will bring more awareness to LEO and LEOfinance both within and outside the Hive blockchain. And you would most probably agree that it will have a significant impact on the price of LEO both in the short and long term.

Really, it will be very interesting to see how things unfold, especially when the official announcement of the airdrop is made. I hope you don’t get missing in action when that time eventually comes.
