There is a fourth technique to be successful in a consultative sale and this is the least used, or at least the least exploited.

In the "FEEDBACK" the most valuable thing is the customer's opinion.

This is essential to understand and empathize with the client, especially that they feel heard and also feel that they are in some way part of the company, is to make them participate.

You can ask for their opinion through various types of channels such as surveys, forms or simply asking for their opinion, there are methods and one of them is called "Customer Satisfaction".

The more times and more opinions, comments or criticisms you can get from your clients, the better to determine some actions for constant improvement.

En el "FEEDBACK" lo mas valioso es la opinión del cliente.

Esto es fundamental para entender y empatizar con el cliente, sobretodo que se sienta escuchado y que también sienta que de alguna manera es parte de la empresa, es hacerlo partícipe.

Puedes pedir su opinión mediante varios tipos de canales como encuestas, formularios o simplemente pidiendo su opinión, existen métodos y uno de ellos se le llama "Satisfacción al cliente".

Cuantas mas veces y mas opiniones, comentarios o críticas puedas obtener de tus clientes es mucho mejor para determinar algunas acciones para la mejora contante.
