Tesla, Inc is now a Bitcoin holder.

The electric vehicle and clean energy company bought $1.5 billion worth of Bitcoin. They will start to accept this cryptocurrency as a payment for their products too. After the news emerged Bitcoin surged massively to a new all time high.

The crazy thing is that this is probably not their last purchase. Their new policy authorized by the Tesla board allows the company to invest in various forms of digital assets.

Will they buy Dogecoin? With the weakening dollar and increasing U.S. debt poised to exceed more than 25 trillion dollars, even "fun" cryptocurrencies such as Dogecoin could become a better store of value than paper money.
