#FinancialGoals2021 - Let's put this YEAR to GOOD USE!

This year is setting up to be a great year! I am going to participate in the FinancialGoals2021 Initiative by @theycallmedan. I like the idea of reading everyone else's entry to motivate and get motivated as well!

If you are reading this and haven't participated - do it!

Financial Goal #1 - Real Estate

I am very focused on buying some real estate this year. I have made many posts about it already, going to look at property for sale, mostly houses, with my wife. I must decide the best time to sell crypto for Colombian pesos and decide which property to pick.

Right now we are riding high on BTC and LTC, we will have to peso cost average an exit over the next several months, as we continue to examine local options and prices to make sure we find the best deal possible. All will be documented on LEO Finance.

Here is our favorite property so far. It is 5000 square feet and includes a working business, Iron and Steel on Three Corners - 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 12 foot ceilings in the workshop and ample garden space in back.

Right now the price is ~4.5 bitcoins, but our budget is less than 1 bitcoin. Does that mean we cannot hope for a continued revaluation of Bitcoin? 2021 may be the year that our Real Estate dreams come true!

Financial Goal #2 - Produce more video Content

One thing that was very hard to do from the farm was produce video content. Just at the end of the year I was able to get internet installed on the farm! I still need to bury some more permanent wiring for the last bit (currently on an extension cord), but now we can get down to work producing video content - gardening content, permaculture content and DIY content primarily.

There is always continuous work to do around the farm - and this year I have many goals to finish including:

• Finish Bodega in Construction
• Finish Eco-Dome construction and plaster
• Finish Permaculture Diploma Documentation and Presentation

Each of these activities will be helped by producing more frequent video updates. Its time to take the leap to 3speak and make a channel of techniques to improve the world and sustainable development in the tropics.

Financial Goal #3 - Reach 200k HP, continue HIVE development

Many of you may know, through my involvement in the INCOME Synergy Fund project (@ecoinstats), that I have become involved in many quality projects. I have in fact been trying to find the best builders on HIVE since before the Hard Fork. Several of these projects I have become very involved in. While I am not the founder of projects like Hive SBI, ARCHON, DHEDGE, BROfund or DCity - I do work to the best of my ability to make sure these projects succeed.

ARCHON

The ARCHON Tribe has more new services to reveal this year, and with new code snippets its practically solved smart contracts on its own through the proposal and petition system.

DHEDGE

Likewise, I have moved into a large position of DHEDGE, believing the underlying assets to be undervalued as well as the incoming release of a new feature which is already powering the growing 'drips' earned by holders each day.

BRO

BROfund is sitting on a mountain of LEO as well as some other great assets, but the long awaited codename: DREAMR release should please everyone involved. There is not much left to do on that front, let's see how long it takes us to get the band back together now that the new year 2021 is upon us.

HP

Currently between @ecoinstant and @ecoinstats we are sitting at ~83,000 HP. The goal is set, 200,000 HP this year 2021. Will continue to claw back gains in other areas of the portfolio as we see fit, plus power up the DCITY reward pool payouts.

LEO

I am so grateful to be camping out on just over 6500 LEO, between @ecoinstats (shown) and 350 LEO on @ecoinstant. We are hodling for dear life our stake now as this LEO rocket shows no signs of stopping!

I will now predict that in 2021 HIVE does get a chance to go to 30-50 cents - if there is a lot of development by that time, probably summer (june, july, august), it might even play with 1 dollar or more. A risk to HIVE would be its top projects splitting off to their own dedicated chains, instead of subchains within the HIVE chain.

LEO almost seems like it could hit 1 dollar easier than HIVE. I do think we will see it in 2021, as the social media battles continue!
