Hello, fellow city owners,

Today I was elected as a president for dCITY. I'd like to thank every single one of my voters that believed in me and decided to give me a shot as president. In this post, I would like to go further in-depth about my tax policies and the future.

Current Tax Policies

• War tax will be activated at the start of the term until the 29th of January (9 days) (10%)
• Police tax will be active throughout the term. (1%)
• Education tax will be active throughout the term. (5%)
• Luxury Tax will be active throughout the term. (30%)
• Basic Tax will probably be active throughout the term (3%)
  Note that Income tax and Lobbying also apply to the total tax rate

Second Term

I would also like to expand my presidency to a second term, therefore I am running for a second term with similar tax goals.
Police- Education- and Luxury Tax would stay active, while basic tax would be deactivated completely and
War tax would be reduced to 7/14 days.

3rd Edition

3rd Edition definitely is not far but its not here quite yet. Gerber has said that he would like to increase the daily SIM holdings rewards pool, which would help SIM keep its peg value before the 3rd edition comes out. We do not know at the expense of which pool it will come from but it's a positive change both ways.
