BLURT being down again

BLURT was over $0.03 in October this year, but it is going down again. Now it is under $0.15. A coallist has been created and is being managed. Some accounts are registered into the list, and they can't vote or can't get voting from other users. Is it able to affect the price of BLURT by the coallist of BLURT? I heard some users are planning to power down and leave.

And... will BLURT rise again after they leave?
