CUB Kingdom Crosses $1M in TVL in Under 2HRS.

Word has quickly gone round about the launch of the Cub Kingdom, which was announced a few hours ago on Twitter.

Auto-compounding and 3% BNB rewards on Kingdom management fees is something to definitely be excited about.

We are talking about individual savings on BNB fees - at least theoretically because of the management fees - regular and efficient automatic compounding and best of all, BNB staking rewards for the Cub Kingdom.

Looking at the graph of Cub, you can already see the impact Kingdoms have brought to the platform. After a period where Cub was discovering new price lows, the volumes took a significant turn upwards.

This is very exciting to see but I am doing my best not to blow my lid off because these are just the early days and there is more to come.

For instance, there are still a couple more Farms and Dens that have not yet been migrated to the Kingdoms model. I believe we will be getting an update on which ones are coming up next at the next AMA this Friday.

Once they are migrated, their corresponding Farms and Dens will be deprecated in favour of the more sustainable Kingdom model.

This means that a portion of their multipliers will be redirected to the Cub Kingdom and Den which will see Cub Diamond Hands get more incentive to continue hodling their bags.

If I were to venture an educated guess, as the various Farms and Dens are migrated over into Kingdoms over the course of the month, we should see the price of Cub tick above $1.5 to $2.

Why?

It's simple. Supply and demand.

Like I always say, this is the most basic principle of economics and if you think about it, of life itself.

There is more incentive to hold onto your Cub tokens. There are fewer Cub tokens being put in the hands of people not staking in Cub vaults. We have regular Cub burns being done due to Kingdom management fees.

All of these things come together to create a more sustainable layer 1 ecosystem on top of which you can build bigger and better services that feed back into the larger Leo Finance ecosystem.

We are in for an exciting trip to the moon or at least to your nearest Lambo dealership.
