Yes, all valid points.
I was not implying that it can easily be abused, but just when you have a big pile of money controlled by few people, they can agree on stuff fast :) At the moment less than 10 accounts can vote in proposal.

But also true that only 1% can be extracted per day and if some really bad things are happening the community can mobilize and vote, as we have already seen.
