Very interesting. It's going to be fascinating to see how this plays out and whether it leads to an economic strengthening of Russia or an increased isolation from the rest of the world. If the rest of the world really starts going after renewable energy and decreases it dependence on oil, Russia could have a very difficult time economically. Of course if they mine the hell out of Bitcoin.....?

Russia has many partners in middle east for oil supply
Yes, but those partners also rely on selling their oil. I'm saying that if the rest of the world stops buying that oil, their economies could have big problems.
