IMF Asking Silly Questions

source

The INF are definitely nervous about the mass adoption of cryptocurrency as then they are less important and lose the power they currently hold. What gets me is why ask a question when you already know the answer. The only thing I would change is the 5 years as by that time anyone using a bank asking for Forex would be an absolute fool.

I for one will never be using a bank for Forex ever again as there is no need if you have crypto and a card that you can just load when you need more. The way things are changing within 5 years it will only be a small percentage of the population that won't have any crypto. Everyone I know these days has some sort of stake somewhere and that wasn't the case two years ago. The funny thing is people don't outwardly tell you unless they know you are involved and most know I am a big supporter as I have been trying to get whoever I know to buy something.

We tend to underestimate the numbers of people who are already in crypto as we just surmise that there are not that many. There was a report published back in January by a South African banked working group that reveled that $145 million a day is traded in crypto assets just from South Africa. This is not surprising to see why the Government hasn't imposed bans but is more worried about taxing as they see how valuable of a resource this can be long term.

The IMF throwing obstacles in the way of countries looking to embrace crypto instead of helping them and working alongside them has caught them in the middle of what is going to be a battle of old vs new. The IMF is old school representing old wealth and banks trying to protect what they only know as crypto is a threat that could end their world order of control as they know it.

The more countries that start adding to the list like El Salvador ,Paraguay and Kazakhstan is definitely going to make their job that much harder. Holding onto what they currently have is going to be that much harder as more countries turn to crypto. It is not surprising that many countries are looking to add a digital currency of their own as they have concerns that they are losing the controls that they once had.
