Oh I believe that it will be a great act of courage to do what you've just said. Dying a little bit inside working for a giant who will not care if all employees die tomorrow sounds like a bad thing to do for your spiritual health. I believe that sometimes picking your own sanity and well being goes beyond the money you could make on short term. I hope you succeed! 💪
