From CUB to Cash: Cashing out some Farming Profits

I was curious about how to turn the insane CUB farming profits into Fiat. I will hodl most of the CUB, but I also wanted to open the pathway to cash :)

It took some creativity, but in the end it was not that complicated:

First I swapped CUB for LTC (https://exchange.cubdefi.com).
Easy. BUT: I could not get Metamask to show me the LTC. It did show in 'Balance' on the exchange.cubdefi.com though.

Here's my workaround, but maybe somebody can provide a more elegant solution:
I went back to https://exchange.cubdefi.com and initiated a swap from LTC to CUB. After clicking 'swap', I 'approved' LTC for Metamask and confirmed this in Metamask. After that, I did not continue with the swap (just closed the window), but I had the LTC in my Metamask BSC wallet.

From there I tried to send it to my Bitpanda (http://bitpanda.com) LTC wallet, but Metamask did not accept it. So I sent it to my Binance LTC wallet, and from there to my Bitpanda LTC wallet.

I was positively surprised about how much value arrived/how little fees it cost. Here are the numbers:

I sent 100 CUB at 4,61$/CUB at the time of sending = 461$
In my Bitpanda wallet I received 447$.

Not bad!

Tomorrow I'll see if I can cash out at an ATM using my credit card. I do not expect this to be cheap though...

I guess there are simpler ways (Binance bridge maybe, which I do not understand yet), so anybody in the know, please drop a comment.

Check if you live in a country supporting Binance Pay. It's a good way of spending crypto around with their card. You can also use stable coins, no need to only have volatile ones on your card.

Not bad at all. Fully agree though on Metamask being confusing AF in terms of getting tokens and coins to show up. Run into that issue many times which is why I had originally stopped using the thing.
