Hive Power Up Day | The start of the expanse in the New Year by reaching 4,558.436 HP

The 1st of January 2021 powerup falls in the same day with the Hive Power Up Day initiative on the HIVE blockchain to stake more tokens and reduce the liquid tokens on the market. As this increases the voting power as well, thus curation rewards I consider it a win-win. At the same time I am advancing with my goals to reach 10,000 HP. We are in a new year and a new journey is starting for each of us with more and more hope than never. And with the current levels of cryptocurrency markets, that is no better moment than ever to stake some more as a future investment.

It is time to redeem some pending rewards and use them to increase my influence. The sources of my gains are:

• Gaming rewards are back getting me some of the HIVE that I am powering up. Splinterlands DEC rewards are being sold after a season end and are the main source from the gaming domain. RisingStar STARBITS are being reinvested also in order to get to upper levels. DCity SIM tokens are sold and HIVE kept liquid after an investment of $500 which I expect to pay off in 3-4 months. RABONA RBN tokens are gathering and waiting for the market release in Q1 2021.
• I've given up on selling BLURT tokens as the last transfer didn't go through and I've lost the tokens. As there where just few dollars, I've decided not to spend the time with it anymore.
• Posts on different communities (most important LEO Finance and CTP Swarm) which brought me both HIVE and second layer tokens
• Comments on New posts (just love to curate new content) about Hive Games, Finance and other cryptocurrency related subjects.

My previous powering and additional Hive Power from blogging got me to 3,946.005. With the curation being paid off directly in the form of Hive Power I've ended up with 4,305.595 HP.

Today 01-Jan-2021 I have powered up 252.841 HIVE more which got me over the 4,500 milestone and resulted in 4,558.436 HIVE POWER which represent 45.58% from the 10,000 goal. The next threshold for me would be to pass over 5,000 HIVE Power, so I just need less than 500 HIVE to do so.

What I love about Powering Up Hive is that as we increase the stake and support for the blockchain, in the same time we grow the support for upvoted Witnesses. At the moment I am supporting @leofinance witness alongside with other ones which have marked this blockchain. I encourage you to do the same and keep the flame burning!

The rules on the projects I've undertake for posting on Leo Finance community and HIVE in general and staking are like this:
1.Power up anytime from the HIVE or HBD wallets.
2.Make 1 or 2 posts daily and be active also commenting and contribution to well established communities.
3.Post about hobbies and items of interest in order to keep the focus – crypto gaming, finance, blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, finance or content based on the communities I am part of.
4.Keep posting about the progress and see if the milestone can be reached during the year.
5.Keep playing HIVE games and trade between second layer tokens and HIVE.

Next I just need to keep up with it and make a routine out of it. Stay posted to see how this will evolve and how fast I can reach to 10,000 HP.
