Greetings friends!

When it comes to finance, the first thing that comes to mind is the banking systems and budgets of countries, but these are global scales, which I would not consider today, because the lives of many people depend on local budgets, for example, the family budget, living far from the city, whose members have no other job than caring for the household, milking and grazing a cow, and so on.

Yes, it was not by chance that I mentioned the cow.

The foundation of the budget of many families in the village is a cow, and to be more precise, the milk it gives.

The milk cow is highly regarded.

It provides a product that you can use sterilized, or make fermented milk products that you can eat or sell.

Today, in the villages, manufacturers of hard cheeses have already begun to appear, for example, Gouda cheese, but you need to buy enzymes and this is not quick money, the cheese must mature.

It is much easier to sell cottage cheese, sour cream and cream, which generates a daily income.

Some people who do not want to produce dairy products on their own sell milk to buyers, but this is a quick sale at a low cost.

As a rule, the proponents of this option, in consequence, create myths that keeping a cow is not profitable.

There is such a thing as a calculator, sometimes you can use it to calculate a debit with a loan, but someone continues to count on your fingers.

I was inspired by a postage stamp from Series Cattle, issued in 1985 in Mongolia.

On this 80-denomination stamp, we see a dairy cattle breed - Nutgiin Uulderiin Unee (Bos primigenius taurus).

In Mongolia, I'm sure no one dares to say that a cow is an unprofitable occupation.

Let's take a look at this postage stamp.
