I don't know if you noticed or not, but the "institute of competitions" is gradually dying.
The contests were hot when there was a lot of plankton. Today, people are focused on other things, but your idea is very interesting, although, I do not like using other people's posts for my publications, and 64,000 characters is an overload for my brain)
There is one more thing. Many posts will look bad if they are not illustrated. A post like this would require too many illustrations to exceed the lemite photo uploads and many reasons for copyright claims) Am I wrong?

Yeah, contests used to work very well but i think you are right and those days are gone. No pictures are accepted so not an issue.

Previously, there was a clear distinction between plankton, minnows, dolphins and all kinds of whales). Then there were steps of support. Whales support dolphins. minnow dolphins and so on. If, Beehive, will receive an influx of new accounts, and I believe in it, then it is possible that the hierarchy will revive, because the load on the votes will increase.
I think that at that moment it will be a good time for competitions. I gave up competitions, although, last year, I tried to get people to participate in daily competitions.
Also, the loss of trust in many coins after the collapse of Steem is badly affected. As they say, time heals and wounds heal)

I'm not discussing this for your voice). This topic is close to me. Yes, absolutely right, the scars remain, but the main thing is that they have healed by the time there is an urgent need for contests).
In any case, it will be so. you can imagine, lol, what I felt when I posted over three hundred contests, but did not find a response from the community.
I approached this issue from the perspective of a person who has grown my account due to the fact that, at one time, I participated in many contests and I know their usefulness for the growth of the wallet.
But, you can't try everything on yourself). People tend to make mistakes and lose their money and profits that could have been raised from the ground. One day, the time will come when each coin will have its own price and contests will turn into a battle).
