RE: Market Watch: Capital Gains Gouging

I wonder what would happen if we eliminated the entire U.S. tax code/IRS overnight via executive order? And how much Corporate over seas money would return to our shores tax free? Companies would have so much capital they wouldn’t know what to do with it.
