I'm aware there is a bunch of things I don't know about the legality of this... but if a trademark or IP lawyer did decide to come after you and can somehow assert that you are profiting off their trademarks... then if it's on a blockchain you won't have the option to cease and desist, they'd be forced to decide on suing you - you might be removing an option for yourself because it's immutable.
Obviously I don't know... but I'd be so curious to see what the lawyers say if their heads don't explode first.

Whoever is propagating the pirated material is responsible.
I can't be held responsible for a torrent unless I seeded it.
