The BTC Train Left Me!

As of writing, BTC is trading at $12,800+. I even saw it hit $12,900 earlier and I won't be surprised if it hits $13k as I go to sleep tonight. It's indeed been a great couple of days for BTC hodlers, huh!

Not for me though... I sold my few sats earlier and yeah, my heart is still aching. </3 Just saying, it's not like I lost tens of thousands, let alone hundreds of dollars because of it. LOL.

Nuf Moaning, Start Staking

Anyhooo... as I was going through my Abra wallet earlier, I noticed that LTC can now be locked in their "interest account". I have written about this earlier (Passive Earning Through Abra Wallet: Interest Account) and this is where I put my crypto that I don't trade. Well, I am not really a "trader" per see. Let's just say, I buy low and sell high. No TA's and stuff. haha.

So yeah, I have LTC that's been sleeping at my Bittrex account waiting for it to go back up to its $60's glory, but mehh. Now I'm putting it to work in the meanwhile at my Abra Interest Account at least at 4.5%APY. Better that, than none.

Let's talk about last night.

I started using the LeoFinance front end the other day - Hello, LEO! Am I Late To The Party? and I am loving it since. I love reading contents here and I learn something new each time. Just now, I learned from @hitmeasap's post that 10% of the LEO rewards not created on LeoFinance.io is burned. So, if you are someone who is keen on anything finance-related, then this surely is the platform for you.

Wait, last night! So here's what happened last night...

LEO was priced a bit lower than Hive so it's a perfect time to buy!

I went to https://leodex.io/ and transferred 60 Hive there. I appreciate a little discount on the fees too! 0.25% compared to 1% at Hive Engine. I should have known about this before!

I was able to purchase 62.8 LEO with my 60Hive (-0.25%). Not bad eh?

Since the intention is to grow this LEO, I staked it so that I could earn more on curation. I delegated this to my other account @erinclair, which I now use to curate Leo Finance contents.

BTW, whatever happened to hivestats.io? It's not yet showing most information since the hard fork... It's one of my overused apps on Hive. I love seeing stats and graphs and also monitor my "growth". Haha. It's actually where I also check my VP when on the laptop. Unlike peakD mobile where we can immediately see the VP upon clicking the profile icon, it's not there on PeakD web (I mean, we have to go to "tools" to get that info).

It is never too late to win here at Leofinance, much less now that you have the flat curation curve, I think you arrive at the right time if you can choose the best content that you like and earn half the weight of your vote, I see as a long-term "scalable" investment

LEO has some serious potential in my opinion. Not sure if it's accurate or not, but I personally feel like it's the absolute best community out there right now. The value of LEO obviously proves that too, somewhat, but the value isn't why I feel what I do.

One of the best things I've seen so far, is the reward changes. I truly believe this is something that we need, and I also think that it should be the standard for all communities. I am certain of the fact that it will boost the overall engagement as well with time, and engagement is key. That is how we will keep users in the long haul.
