so the difference is quite high. its almost 4K Yen or about $40 usd isn't it. Is it still profitable to do arbitrage trading there?

You know I’ve never tried it, but the transfer fees would basically eat into the arbitrage. But it is something to look I to, may be possible with certain coins.
what i used to do is buy the coin with cheaper and faster transaction to move from one exchange to the other, then changed back to btc then to fiat.

Nice, I can see that being worthwhile with a sizable amount on these exchanges.
I am happy that you can make profit by doing the arbitrage trade. But it indeed needs big size trade to feel the profit. But profit is a profit isn't it?
