those EDSM miners have a current cost of 10 Hive can you explain to me how it works that I would like to buy some

They will stay at the same 10 Hive till they are sold out. They have a guaranteed output of 20%/year in terms of EDS, which are at the moment pegged to Hive at the moment till they are sold out. So you get a guaranteed output of 20%/year in terms of Hive, and this is at least as after the sold out, it will go on the market prices. EDS give dividends for holding.
