As a person who has had constant fights with appearance and self-esteem, I think I resonated with this movie on a special level.

I feel pretty is about a lady called Renee Bennett who had a constant self-esteem problem. She believed she was ugly due to her weight.

Renee had a minor accident at the gym where she fell over and hit her head. She woke up seeing herself as a thinner person, when in fact, she was still exactly the same.

Renne, in her mentally thin body, was able to transform herself into the kind of person she would have loved to be. She used her newfound confidence to speak to a random guy and drag him into being her boyfriend, she applied to be a receptionist rather than just be a hidden employee.

Renee changed her entire life simply because she thought she was who she always wanted to be.

My favourite part of this movie or parts rather were the parts where she made reference to herself as an extremely sexy person. At one point, she actually said "shout out to my genetic makeup!."

It was beautiful!

You could notice that everyone immediately fell in love with her just because she loved herself. She was extremely amazing.

This movie solidifies the fact that everyone would think you're hot when you believe you are and act like it. I for one know how true it is.

In the end, she had another fall and came back to her senses. She was making this speech, placed her two pictures which she thought were a before and after. The look on her face when she realized she was exactly the same person was priceless.

I would totally recommend this movie to any and everyone. I love chic flicks and cheesy romance, so this fit the bill completely.
