Un tranquilo viaje familiar se transformará en una épica misión para salvar al mundo... "The Mitchells vs. The Machines"
De niño vi muchas comedias familiares, siempre la tv nacional pasaban un gran número de estas historias, pero siempre hubo una que me hizo reír mucho y esa fue "Vacation" (1983) también conocida como "National Lampoon's Vacation", protagonizada por Chevy Chase, claro, en mi niñez vi la versión censurada así que pude disfrutar una comedia sobre un viaje familiar con todas las situaciones que se le presentaban, todas de las formas muy divertidas de la cual existieron secuelas, pero ninguna fue tan buena como la primera parte y por eso pensé que tal vez no vería otra historia de este tipo, con una familia de protagonistas teniendo un viaje completamente lleno de divertidas aventuras y ocurrencias y que me hiciera reír tal como lo hizo esto ya hace mucho tiempo.

As a kid I watched a lot of family comedies, always the national tv passed a large number of these stories, but there was always one that made me laugh a lot and that was "Vacation" (1983) also known as "National Lampoon's Vacation", starring Chevy Chase, of course, in my childhood I saw the censored version so I could enjoy a comedy about a family trip with all the situations that were presented to him, all in very funny ways of which there were sequels, but none were as good as the first part and that's why I thought I might not see another story of this type, with a family of protagonists having a trip completely full of funny adventures and occurrences and that would make me laugh as this did a long time ago.
"The Mitchells vs. the Machines" es un film animado, comedia y ciencia ficción, producido por Sony Pictures Animation y distribuido mundialmente por Netflix, en este film nos relata la historia de la familia "Mitchells" compuesta por: Rick, Linda, Katie y Aaron; justamente Katie está a punto de comenzar la universidad y el día que le toca tomar el vuelo hacia su nuevo destino, el padre (Rick) decide que mejor es un viaje familiar, lo que no saben es que en ese mismo instante se formará una rebelión de unas avanzadas máquinas que tal vez signifique el fin de la humanidad y tal vez esta familia nada perfecta sea lo único que se interponga en estos malvados planes de las máquinas.
The Mitchells vs. the Machines" is an animated film, comedy and science fiction, produced by Sony Pictures Animation and distributed worldwide by Netflix, in this film tells the story of the family "Mitchells" composed of: Rick, Linda, Katie and Aaron; just Katie is about to start college and the day she has to take the flight to her new destination, the father (Rick) decides that it is better a family trip, what they do not know is that at that very moment will form a rebellion of advanced machines that may mean the end of humanity and perhaps this not perfect family is the only thing that stands in the way of these evil plans of the machines.
Está película está dirigida por Mike Rianda quien hace su debut como director de películas, anteriormente trabajo en una serie animada que se ha vuelto una de mis favoritas a pesar de que la empecé a ver con mis sobrinos, esa es "Gravity Falls", creo que al trabajar en esa serie le dio lo necesario para manejar a estos personajes y más aún la comedia que muestran en este film, pero volviendo a trabajo como director creo que al trabajar con los productores Phil Lord y Christopher Miller, les dio la oportunidad de contar con un gran grupo de animación para crear tan buen diseños de todos los personajes que aparecen y de los diferentes escenarios, el trabajo que realizan desde Sony Pictures Animation es impecable, tal como sucedió con "Spiderman Into the Spiderverse" el estilo de animación es el mismo, con una clara diferencia en el diseño de los personajes y una mejora en la animación, es algo claramente a resaltar que a pesar de que es claramente una historia que no busca mostrar una realidad de los objetos, animales y personas, creo que igual el trabajo de crear todo eso de forma caricaturesca es uno de los puntos altos en este film.
La historia es escrita por Rianda junto a Jeff Rowe, este último también trabajó en Gravity Falls, ambos fueron escritores en la primera temporada de tan buena serie, esto fue algo que me gustó mucho, es una excelente historia familiar en dónde vemos cómo las frustraciones, preocupaciones, la sobreprotección puede afectar la relación de un padre con su hija, pero en dónde la causa principal es la falta de comunicación entre ambos, viendo la historia de esta forma podemos tener un drama familiar, pero gracias a las excelentes escenas cómicas podemos disfrutar aún más de este gran film.
This film is directed by Mike Rianda who makes his debut as a film director, he previously worked on an animated series that has become one of my favorites even though I started watching it with my nephews, that is "Gravity Falls", I think working on that series gave him what he needed to handle these characters and even more the comedy they show in this film, but going back to work as a director I think working with producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, gave them the opportunity to have a great animation group to create such good designs of all the characters that appear and the different scenarios, the work they do from Sony Pictures Animation is impeccable, just as it happened with "Spiderman Into the Spiderverse" the animation style is the same, with a clear difference in the design of the characters and an improvement in the animation, it is something clearly to highlight that although it is clearly a story that does not seek to show a reality of objects, animals and people, I think the work of creating all that in a cartoonish way is one of the high points in this film.
The story is written by Rianda together with Jeff Rowe, the latter also worked on Gravity Falls, both were writers in the first season of such a good series, this was something I really liked, it is an excellent family story where we see how frustrations, worries, overprotection can affect the relationship of a father with his daughter, but where the main cause is the lack of communication between them, seeing the story in this way we can have a family drama, but thanks to the excellent comic scenes we can enjoy even more of this great film.
Este film lo vi con el audio original, en inglés y lo disfruté mucho en ese formato, tal vez en algún momento le dé la oportunidad de verla en audio español latino y espero que me haga reír igual a como me hizo reír en su versión original porque creo que el diseño de los personajes y sus diálogos en las diferentes escenas son fundamental y creo que la actuación en el doblaje de los actores participantes en este film es algo muy bien hecho, siempre tengo un personaje favorito o dos, pero en esta oportunidad, todos son excelentes, hasta los robots, es un gran trabajo.
I saw this film with the original audio, in English and I enjoyed it very much in that format, maybe at some point I will give it the opportunity to see it in Spanish Latin audio and I hope it makes me laugh as much as it made me laugh in its original version because I think the design of the characters and their dialogues in the different scenes are fundamental and I think the dubbing performance of the actors participating in this film is something very well done, I always have a favorite character or two, but in this opportunity, they are all excellent, even the robots, it is a great job.
The Mitchells vs The Machines es un gran, pero gran film, es muy divertido, creo que no me había reído tanto viendo una película como está, es excelente en cualquiera de los temas que trata su historia, como comedia es excelente, como película de ciencia ficción también, una inteligencia artificial que busca deshacerse de los humanos, como sátira sobre una sociedad cada vez más dependiente de la tecnología, como un drama familiar o una historia sobre la unión familiar, una historia "Coming of Age", encajar en algún lado, ser apreciado, pertenecer a algún lugar, está historia es más que "Un Film Animado" es impresionante y creo que es sin duda una de las mejores que he visto en este año, si no la han visto se las recomiendo, créanme que la van a pasar muy bien.
The Mitchells vs The Machines is a great, really great film, it is very funny, I don't think I have laughed so much watching a movie like this in the last few months, it is excellent in any of the themes that its story deals with, as a comedy it is excellent, as a science fiction movie too, an artificial intelligence that seeks to get rid of humans, as a satire about a society increasingly dependent on technology, as a family drama or a story about family unity, a "Coming of Age" story, to fit in somewhere, to be appreciated, to belong somewhere, this story is more than "An Animated Film" is impressive and I think it is certainly one of the best I have seen this year, if you have not seen it I recommend it, believe me you are going to have a great time.

Estudie cine en la universidad así que me tocó ver varias materias de análisis filmico además de que me gusta el cine en general y he tenido la dicha y oportunidad de aparecer de extra y papeles menores en varias películas nacionales

Oye no lo habia pensado pero si. Porque no. Aunque igual no sabría en que comunidad tal vez en esta. Sería cool. Si lo llego a hacer te aviso. It's very entertaining, it's a very good movie, I hope I have the opportunity to see it.
I began watching this the other night. Made it more than halfway through and then got busy. I was enjoying it a lot, surely I will find time to finish it soon.
The same thing happened to me, I saw the first hour the day before yesterday and finished watching it yesterday and I was worried about losing the thread of the film because I was having so much fun, but the last hour made me laugh a lot more, it's a great story.
