Eden - We humans are our enemies | Impressions and series review

Hello, living beings! I recently watched this series and I loved it, it has only four chapters, so you can complete it in less than two hours and enjoy it without interruptions. I really liked how short it is, although if it had had eight chapters it would have been fine too, I feel it lacked a little more story to make us live deeply everything it has to give.

Eden is going to tell us the story of a post-apocalyptic world, where humans destroyed the planet and the robots they left behind managed to somehow heal the earth, but, if all humans are dead, who is going to live in the world now? Well, the animals, I think, although I don't remember seeing any, and also Sara Grace, a girl who appears in a capsule out of nowhere.

¡Hola, seres vivos! Hace poco vi esta serie y me encantó, tiene solo cuatro capítulos, así que la pueden completa en menos de dos horas y disfrutarla sin interrupciones. Me gustó mucho lo corta que es, aunque si hubiera tenido ocho capítulos también hubiera estado bien, siento que le faltó un poco más de historia para hacernos vivir profundamente todo lo que tiene para dar.

Eden nos va a contar la historia de un mundo postapocaliptico, donde los humanos destruyeron el planeta y los robots que dejaron atrás lograron de cierta forma sanar a la tierra, pero, si ya todos los humanos murieron, ¿quién va a vivir ahora en el mundo? Pues los animales, creo, aunque no recuerdo a haber visto ninguno, y también Sara Grace, una niña que aparece en una cápsula de la nada.

Sara Grace, that little girl with red hair will be one of the pillars of the story, raised from baby by robots, grows up with many frustrations and unanswered questions that no one can solve, she strongly wants to be a robot, because she feels lonely and isolated being the only human in the world.

Why is she the only human in the world? Because the remaining robots comply with the laws of robotics, but not entirely, because they consider humans a threat to the world they themselves recovered, so any trace, sign, or mention of humans is forbidden and punished with reprogramming.

Sara Grace, esa niña con el cabello rojo va a ser uno de los pilares la historia, criada desde bebé por los robots, crece con muchas frustraciones y preguntas sin respuestas que nadie puede solucionar, ella encarecidamente quiere ser un robot, porque se siente sola y aislada al ser la única humana en el mundo.

¿Por qué es la única humana en el mundo? Porque los robots que quedaron cumplen con las leyes de la robótica, pero no del todo, pues consideran a los humanos una amenaza para el mundo que ellos mismos recuperaron, entonces cualquier rastro, señal, o mención de los humanos está prohibida y es castigada con la reprogramación.

I loved that Sara's adoptive robot parents did everything possible to hide that they had found a human and raised her, going against nature, or in this case, against their programming is something to admire, because not always what provokes us to do is the right thing, then you have to evolve and transcend everything we know, humans or robots.

I loved the series, but I felt it lacked a lot, as I said, maybe a few more chapters, music, and it is also possible a different animation, the one it has is fair and necessary, but it does not end up satisfying and convincing at all.

Amé que los padres adoptivos robots de Sara hicieran todo lo posible por ocultar que habían encontrado a un humano y la criaran, ir en contra de la naturaleza, o en este caso, en contra de su programación es algo digno de admirar, porque no siempre lo que nos provoca hacer es lo correcto, entonces hay que evolucionar y trascender todo lo que conocemos, humanos o robots.

Me encantó la serie, pero sentí que le faltó mucho, como dije, quizás unos cuantos capítulos más, música, y también es posible una animación diferente, la que tiene es justa y necesaria, pero no termina de satisfacer y convencer del todo.

There are bad guys for bad guys, there are good guys for good guys, too much tenderness and pain together, impossible for me not to like it, but I didn't love it, even though the concept is brutal, it could have been better, Netflix sometimes does excellent things, but this is not one of those, this is a regular one. Hay malos de malos, hay buenos de buenos, demasiada ternura y dolor junto, imposible que no me gustara, pero no la amé, a pesar de que el concepto está brutal, pudo ser mejor, Netflix a veces hace cosas excelentes, pero esta no es una de esas, esta es una regular. ¡Aquí les dejo el trailer!
