La ciudad de las estrellas es una película de 2016, dirigida por Damien Chazelle, y protagonizada por Emma Stone y Ryan Gosling. Ambos protagonistas son excelentes actores y he disfrutado mucho otras películas protagonizadas por ellos. Esta película no fue la excepción,me gustó muchísimo porque abarca géneros que particularmente son de mi agrado.Contiene comedia, romance, drama y musicales. Pero no son musicales aburridos, son bailes con una amalgama de belleza y jocosidad.
City of Stars is a 2016 film directed by Damien Chazelle and starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. Both leads are excellent actors and I have really enjoyed other movies starring them. This movie was no exception,I really enjoyed it because it encompasses genres that I particularly like.It contains comedy, romance, drama and musicals. But they are not boring musicals, they are dances with an amalgam of beauty and playfulness.
Emma Stone realiza el papel de una joven llamada Mia, cuyo deseo es ser una actriz profesional. Sin embargo no es tan fácil desarrollarse como actriz. ya que hay mucha competencia en esa área. No obstante, ella trabaja como camarera en la ciudad de las estrellas, para así sentirse más cerca de sus sueños. Con mucha ilusión asiste a todos los casting que se presentan, con el objetivo de dar a conocer su talento. Es decidida, soñadora y no se rinde tan fácilmente.
Emma Stone plays the role of a young girl named Mia, whose desire is to be a professional actress. However, it is not so easy to develop as an actress, as there is a lot of competition in that area. Nevertheless, she works as a waitress in the city of stars, in order to feel closer to her dreams. With great enthusiasm, she attends all the castings that are presented, with the aim of making her talent known. She is determined, dreamy and does not give up so easily.
Ryan Gosling interpreta la apasionante personalidad de un joven llamado Sebastian, quien ama profundamente el jazz. Es un tanto irreverente con respecto a ciertos paradigmas y es por eso que no dura mucho en ningún trabajo. Su sueño es tener su propio club, en donde el jazz sea el protagonista. Este joven impetuoso, lucha por cumplir sus metas sin desfallecer. Tiene una personalidad arrolladora, porque su optimismo es gigante.
Ryan Gosling plays the passionate personality of a young man named Sebastian, who deeply loves jazz. He is somewhat irreverent with respect to certain paradigms and that is why he does not last long in any job. His dream is to have his own club, where jazz is the protagonist. This impetuous young man fights to achieve his goals without losing heart. He has an overwhelming personality, because his optimism is gigantic.
Mia y Sebastian después de conocerse de una forma muy peculiar, se enamoran, pero no es solo un amor romántico lleno de fantasías, es un amor en el que ambos se preocupan profundamente por los sueños y el bienestar del otro. Estos dos jóvenes tuvieron puntos de quiebre, pero precisamente en esos momentos cada uno demostró el altruismo que se precisaba para ayudarse mutuamente.
Mia and Sebastian after meeting in a very peculiar way, fall in love, but it is not just a romantic love full of fantasies, it is a love in which both care deeply about each other's dreams and welfare. These two young people had breaking points, but precisely in those moments each one showed the altruism that was needed to help each other.
Una característica muy especial de esta película son sus musicales, los cuales son divertidos y otros muy románticos. Me encantaron las coreografías de los musicales, así como también el vestuario y la gracia con la que los protagonistas engalanaron los bailes. Sin duda alguna, la música le dio un toque especial a la trama y aún recuerdo el sonido de la misma, pese a que vi la película hace un par de años.
A very special feature of this movie is its musicals, which are funny and others very romantic. I loved the choreography of the musicals, as well as the costumes and the grace with which the main characters graced the dances. Without a doubt, the music gave a special touch to the plot and I still remember the sound of it, even though I saw the movie a couple of years ago.
Esta película destaca lo que es el verdadero amor. Ese que antepone las necesidades del otro al propio. También resalta que quien ama de corazón se alegrara con el triunfo de su pareja. Jamás hará competencias con la persona quien ama, sino más bien, siempre procurara lo mejor para ella. Me fascinó que esta película obtuviera seis Oscares y que haya sido la película más premiada de Los Globos De Oro. Quien aún no la haya visto,aparte su tiempo para disfrutar de esta gran obra cinematográfica.
This film highlights what true love is. That which puts the needs of the other before its own. It also highlights that those who love from the heart will rejoice with the triumph of their partner. He or she will never compete with the person he or she loves, but will always try to do what is best for him or her. I was fascinated that this film won six Oscars and was the most awarded film at the Golden Globes. If you haven't seen it yet, please take the time to enjoy this great film.

I almost didn't watch this movie because it is a musical of sorts but I really enjoyed it. It was kind of shocking to me that I did but it's a really fantastic film for sure.
That's the beauty of life. There will always be things that surprise us, even from ourselves. And we must strive to be open-minded to enjoy even where we least expect it. Greetings...!!!
