This time I bring a mushroom called Infundibulicybe geotropa, it is a very well-known species in certain areas since it is collected for edible purposes, it is not recommended to take old specimens since their texture and flavor vary a lot.

It is a large-sized mushroom, its fleshy hat somewhat sunken that can exceed 15 centimeters in diameter, reaching up to 30 centimeters on some occasions.

It usually grows on limestone soils in the form of rows until well into the season, between November and December, so it is considered a late species to collect.
