Hello everyone
This is my first post in the fungi lover community. I've been wanting to write here for a long time. I noticed that there are all kinds of mushroom photos that have been shared in this wonderful community. I became interested in writing and sharing some pictures of mushrooms that I took not far from where I live.

In my area, there are various types of mushrooms that grow after the rainy season. Usually grows on trees that have died and trees that are cut and stored in damp places.

A few days ago, when I was cleaning the garden behind the house, there was a pile of old, rotten wood. Some of the wood has been burned. I saw so many mushrooms growing on the pile of wood.

As usual, I always take pictures of objects that I think are interesting to save in digital form on the hard drive. I also took a picture of the mushrooms growing wild on the pile of wood. After I took a picture, I started looking for the name of this mushroom. From the results of my search through the google search engine. I got the name and type of this mushroom.

Usually, we call it the "Toast Ek Mie". Well, if in a scientific language it is called "Schizophyllum commune". Here are some pictures of mushrooms that I took and I share with all of you.

An interesting fact about Schizophyllum commune is that it can actually grow on and inside humans. The first case of this happening was in a guy's toe nails. It mostly ends up growing in the lungs though but only if you have a really compromised immune system.
