(Auricularia Mesenterica) por fin un hongo comestible.

Este es un hongo comestible, según el manual pero aún no lo he comido y he buscado suficiente información como para asegurar su comestibilidad, pero como saben en esto hay que tener certeza absoluta así que bueno seguimos nada más admirando esta belleza, que lo encontramos incrustado en los árboles.

Es una especie de hongo que no se sale mucho del árbol como otros que se vuelven aéreos, este no su mayor parte se mantiene pegado al árbol como podemos ver aquí y es poco lo que se puede ver fuera, más bien parece una cobertura vegetal del árbol, algo así como una camisa pegada al cuerpo humano pero en este caso pegado al árbol, de color blanco y grisáceo de consistencia gelatinosa puede ampliamente crecer desde los diez a veinte centímetros alrededor del árbol, por lo que para extraerlo hay que hacerlo con sumo cuidado, tiene un grosor aproximado de dos a tres centímetros, por esta razón su comestibilidad esta garantizada, me refiero a que puedes preparar un buen guiso y tendrás suficiente carne o sustrato para comer, pero insisto cuidado haz tu propia investigación no me creas a mí, no quiero ser el causante de una muerte.

El hongo generalmente crece en árboles o troncos secos o en descomposición y durante el invierno y la época de mayor lluvia ya que le gusta mucho la humedad, y es bastante durable ya que puede permanecer una semana en el lugar antes de que sea secado o disecado, a diferencia de otro tipo de hongos que duran un día o dos y luego son desintegrados, este es de una durabilidad razonable.

Aquí podemos ver su anillo que parece blanco pero que en realidad es la parte de abajo que es la blanca y que al voltearse el hongo produce este efecto.

Wow these are very interesting, I would think split gill at first but these seem to almost have characteristics of wood ear as well.

if in fact they are almost from the same family as I read, but according to the mycologists of the university of Totori Japan, this is an edible mushroom, although its culinary value is low, however in an emergency you know that it is a protein of which you can arrange.

Probably only good in soup.

when i will decide to tasted it i think in fried with tomatoes and onions, more easily than a soup, but a noddles soup could be.

Mano con usted se aprende bastante , los hongos para mí son una especie rara , hay muchas variedades , por eso es mejor dejar a los expertos la asesoría sobre si son comestibles o no , mejor tener cuidado a la hora de consumirlos.
