Fungi Friday - JUST A FEW MUSHROOMS ... :) ... AND PLENTY OF OTHER AUTUMNAL STUFF
October 2016 wasn't a great time for mushrooms here in my hometown ... and I remember all that autumn being dry and windy, far from ideal for fungi growth ...
... but I found a few small mushrooms ... probably panaeolus foenisecii, but I'm not sure ...
... in the park near the port ...
... on the humid lawn ... covered with grass, clover ...
... and a multitude of beautiful fallen leaves.
Some years, there is a great variety of mushrooms and other fungi in autumn, here in my area ... 2020 was one of those fungi - rich years, but back then in 2016 ...
... I was pleasantly surprised to find even these few small, unimpressive, very generic looking mushrooms.
I took these shots late in the morning ...
... on 21 October 2016.
... it was a highly enjoyable morning ...
... with slightly overcast sky ...
... elegant droplets ...
... and short sudden outbursts ...
... of beautiful golden light.
I was aimlessly sniffing around ...
... like a rambling, carefree dog ...
... focused mostly on snails ...
... dandelions ...
... and autumnal atmosphere all around me ... I mean, I was so focused on everything that it felt like being completely unfocused ...
... when I noticed a lovely umbrella peeking through the grass ... it looked like some creature from fairy tales ... and I was kind of expecting that will start to talk ... or sing ... somehow ...
Since the mushroom remained silent ...
... I continued across the park ...
... following the trail of dandelions ...
... and flower after flower ...
... I arrived nowhere in particular :D ...
... but at least, saw many flowers ...
... which certainly wasn't a bad thing. Maybe slightly useless, but not bad at all.
Before encountering the last mushrooms that day ...
... mushrooms that will bring a closure to this overlong, rambling post ...
... I encountered some more snails ...
... and you can see each one of those snails ...
... here, on this pile of snails.
As always in these posts on HIVE, the photographs are my work.
बहुत सुंदर फोटोज़ 👌👌
Nice shoot, great work👍
I'm just in love with your camera and photographic skills. The fungi , snail , leaves are well captured. I wish there's a way to teach one how to capture great image here
Thanks. Well, there is a way. :) And it's not difficult. It just takes some observing, especially observing the light, how it changes colors and things, it takes practice, it's good to do it often, like in sports ... and remembering to keep the picture simple, not too much distracting stuff in the frame ... if it's about the snail, let's make the snail the star of the show ... and so on ...
This few lines of explanation has so much information. Thank You, gradually I will practice on that
Thanks for sharing brother
:)
