Making the Christmas nativity scene with my grandchildren
Saludos, el día de hoy quiero compartir en esta comunidad cómo fue la elaboración del pesebre navideño con mis nietos, desde mi experiencia como abuela puedo decir que mis nietos son la extensión de mi amor por mis hijas por eso con ellos me siento como madre dos veces, trato de enseñarles todas las tradiciones familiares y aun cuando sus madres están a cargo de su crianza yo contribuyo en todo lo que puedo para educarlos con amor y responsabilidad.
Greetings, today I want to share in this community how was the elaboration of the Christmas crib with my grandchildren, from my experience as a grandmother I can say that my grandchildren are the extension of my love for my daughters so with them I feel like mother two Sometimes, I try to teach them all the family traditions and even when their mothers are in charge of their upbringing, I do my best to educate them with love and responsibility.
Cuando yo tuve a mis hijas que actualmente tienen 32 y 35 años, el pesebre navideño fue una de las tradición que adoptamos juntas cada diciembre , mi hija @irenenavarroart siempre se emocionaba más con el arbolito pero igualmente me ayudaba con el pesebre porque ella es muy buena con las manualidades desde que era pequeña, mientras que mi hija mayor @mayoly1 siempre fue más curiosa con los electrodomésticos y ese tipo de cosas, por eso en época navideña ella me ayudaba a colocar las luces, incluso por toda la casa nunca ha sentido miedo de hacer o reparar conexiones eléctricas y subir en escaleras.
When I had my daughters who are currently 32 and 35 years old, the Christmas crib was one of the traditions that we adopt together every December, my daughter @irenenavarroart always got more excited about the little tree but she also helped me with the crib because she is very good with crafts since I was little, while my eldest daughter @ mayoly1 was always more curious with appliances and that kind of thing, that's why at Christmas time she helped me place the lights, even throughout the house she has never felt fear of making or repairing electrical connections and climbing stairs.
Pero mis hijas crecieron y no tenían tiempo disponible para ayudarme con el pesebre, pasé mucho tiempo sin hacerlo pero de unos años para acá he retomado la tradición con mis nietos, incluso hacer un post sobre mi pesebre navideño se está convirtiendo en una tradición y este año no quise perder la oportunidad de la visita de mis nietos para que me ayudaran a hacer esto.
But my daughters grew up and did not have time available to help me with the Christmas crib, I did not do it for a long time but for a few years I have resumed the tradition with my grandchildren, even making a post about my Christmas crib. It is becoming a tradition and this year I did not want to miss the opportunity to visit my grandchildren to help me do this.
Yo estaba un poco desanimada porque era sábado y yo no había ido a comprar luces navideñas nuevas y ya mis nietos estaban aquí, pero de nuevo mi hija aficionada a la electricidad tomó un cautín y se puso a reparar las luces viejas, entonces yo aproveche y me puse con mi nieta de 12 años a buscar el papel pintado y unas cajas vacías para hacer la estructura del pesebre.
I was a little discouraged because it was Saturday and I had not gone to buy new Christmas lights and my grandchildren were already here, but again my daughter who is fond of electricity took a soldering iron and began to repair the old lights, so I took advantage and I set out with my 12-year-old granddaughter to find the wallpaper and some empty boxes to make the structure of the crib.
Mi nieta y yo empezamos a forrar la caja donde irían las figuras de los santos pero teníamos que fuera muy pequeña pero era la única caja que teníamos, pero otro problema surgió la toma del tomacorriente de la única esquina disponible de mi casa para el pesebre de había dañado, por lo que de nuevo mi hija mayor vino al rescate e instaló otro tomacorriente, lamentablemente no encontramos la tapa de plástico que cubre este, pero al menos por ahora a pesar de no tener el aspecto ideal esto funciona bien y pudimos colocar las luces más tarde.
My granddaughter and I started to line the box where the figures of the saints would go but we had to be very small but it was the only box we had, but another problem arose the outlet of the electrical outlet in the only available corner of my house for the manger of it had damaged, so again my eldest daughter came to the rescue and installed another outlet, unfortunately we did not find the plastic cover that covers this one, but at least for now despite not having the ideal appearance this works well and we were able to place the lights later.
Mis nietos de 6 y 7 años estaban a cargo de sacar las figuras de las bolsas donde habían estado guardadas hace un año, pero estos se pusieron a jugar con las ovejas y demás animales de plástico y nos dejaron a mi nieta y a mi el trabajo pesado.
My 6 and 7-year-old grandchildren were in charge of removing the figures from the bags where they had been stored a year ago, but they began to play with the sheep and other plastic animals and left my granddaughter and me with the heavy work .
A pesar de todos los inconvenientes pudimos armar el pesebre con lo que teníamos y yo me siento muy feliz de que mis nietos me ayuden y formen parte de mis tradiciones, mi nieta de 12 ya me superó en estatura por eso siento que el tiempo corre muy rápido y quiero aprovechar cada momento que me de la vida para compartir con mis nietos. Les deseo una feliz navidad y un año nuevo cargado de bendiciones a todas las familias de Hive.
Despite all the inconveniences, we were able to build the manger with what we had and I am very happy that my grandchildren help me and are part of my traditions, my 12-year-old granddaughter has already exceeded me in stature, so I feel that time is running very fast. fast and I want to take advantage of every moment of my life to share with my grandchildren.
