Hoy estaré contando 5 mitos de la maternidad en los que no creo por experiencia propia, y es que apenas tuve a mi hija en mis brazos tuve un montón de personas diciéndome mil cosas a la vez de lo que no podía o no debía hacer porque según era malo o perjudicial

Today I will be telling 5 myths of motherhood in which I do not believe from my own experience, and that is that I just had my daughter in my arms I had a lot of people telling me a thousand things at the same time about what I could not or should not because according to what it was bad or harmful

Mi abuela fue una de las que casi me hace anotar la lista de las supersticiones, les daré las más resaltantes para mi.

My grandmother was one of those who almost made me write down the list of superstitions, I will give you the most outstanding ones for me.

1 El sereno: Se muchas si creerán en el, pero les cuento que cuando mi hija nació estábamos un apagón nacional de 5 días y los primeros 2 días intente cuidarla del famoso sereno, pero ya al 3er día el calor y los mosquitos eran insoportable así que no me quedo de otra que dormir con ventanas abiertas.

2 El mal de ojo: Muy popular en mi país Venezuela. Este hasta donde tengo entendido es que cuando alguien mira a nuestro bebé con envidia o sentimientos de este tipo, los bebés se ponen llorones y defecan extraño. Yo teniendo una niña de ojos azules les cuento que jamás pase por eso y eso que muchísimas personas en la calle. Antes de la pandemia me detenían para mirarla

3 Senos pequeños no dan leche materna: es el mito más grande del mundo y por el que más sufrí, soy de pechos pequeños y no saben lo que me acompleje por serlo y no dar leche como todos decían, cualquier mujer del mundo con glándulas mamarias puede dar leche. El tamaño no va a importar

4 Ninguna mujer con menstruación puede cargar al bebe: Destras de este mito hay una historia y pasa que cuando sophia nació mi mamá que fue quien me ayudo en el hospital estaba en sus días menstruales y por supuesto que ella cargo a la bebe, una de mis tías también la cargo de esa manera y créanme que no le paso absolutamente nada

4 No woman with menstruation can carry the baby: Behind this myth there is a story and it happens that when Sophia was born my mother who was the one who helped me in the hospital was on her menstrual days and of course she I carry the baby, one of my aunts also carried her that way and believe me, absolutely nothing happened to her

5 Los bebés duermen mucho: Jajaja tengo una hija vampiro, muy poco duerme y de pequeña jamás pasó una siesta de mas de 4 horas(aún no lo hace), y por supuesto que hay que buscar la Manera de que tengan mejor calidad del sueño y puedan desarrollarlo sin problema, pero tampoco que es van a dejar de creer por no dormir seguido o corrido, entiendo que si existirán esos caso, pero en la mayoría de los bebés es normal tener varios despertares en la madrugada

5 Babies sleep a lot: Hahaha I have a vampire daughter, she sleeps very little and as a child she never had a nap of more than 4 hours (she still does not), and of course you have to find the Way that they have a better quality of sleep and develop it without problem, but neither is it going to stop believing because they do not sleep often or in a row, I understand that there will be such cases, but in most babies it is normal to have several awakenings in the early morning
