El principal tips o recomendación que les brindo como mamá es asumir con toda la responsabilidad del mundo que padecemos de covid aunque esto solo sea un caso sospechoso, ya que las pruebas para determinar este virus en nuestro país, tristemente son algo “limitadas” y a la vez la pandemia ha llegado a su punto alto, así que lo mejor sea cual sean las circunstancias es permanecer aislados en nuestro hogar para así evitar infectar a alguien más y por supuesto buscar ayuda profesional medica que nos ayude a tratar de este virus.

Otra de mis recomendaciones es aislarnos dentro de nuestro hogar, ¿Cómo lo haríamos? , considero que por medio de una especie de plano, donde se coloque un límite para esparcirse dentro del hogar, utilizar siempre el tapabocas y si las condiciones lo permiten tener un cuarto y baño para la persona enferma, sino es así establecer un límite de tiempo para el uso de estas habitaciones para que así la persona enferma permanezca lo más aislada posible.
