Hola hola mamitas, papitos y toda la comunidad, despues de un largo tiempo alejada de total y absolutamente todas las redes sociales, hoy, decidí reencontrarme con Hive.
Quisiera decirles muchas cosas, todo lo que he hecho durante estos meses y hasta lo que tengo pensado hacer, pero, en ésta oportunidad me emociona contarles lo que fué el antes y el durante del cumpleaños nro 6 de mi princesa mayor y es que para mi fué todo un reto, empezando por el motivo que ella escogió y terminando con lo que fue la fiesta como tal que siempre siempre siempre termina siendo una locura de dia entre todo lo que hay que hacer (no se si es que me pasa sólo a mi, o para todas las mamis es asi).

Escoger el motivo de la fiesta
En los 6 años de vida de mi hija, le hemos realizado 3 fiestas, fiestas como tal pues. Del resto solo ha sido compartir entre los familiares muy cercanos, con una tortica para cantar cumple y ya. Pero es que una fiesta por muy pequeña que sea, requiere de muchísimos gastos, de dinero y de energía.
El 1er añito de mi hija el motivo obviamente lo escogí yo, fué de Minnie Mouse. Un motivo al que llamaré "tradicional".
El 3er añito, que fué la segunda fiesta como tal que le realizamos fué de Unicornio, hasta el sol de hoy mi hija ama todo lo que tenga que ver con ponis y unicornios, pero en ese momento además de que ella mostraba mucho amor por ese tema, era una moda que se estaba imponiendo en las fiestas infantiles. Asi que este motivo fué "la moda" del momento.
Ahora, sus 6 añitos, ¡Dios Mio! Por mas que intenté cualquier otro motivo, ella ya como si fuera una gran señora EXIGIÓ que su cumpleaños fuera de Harley Quinn, si, esa Harley Quinn que tu y yo conocemos, la del famoso bate y los moñitos azul y rojo para no mencionar todo lo demas jajaja a éste, a éste le llamaré "moderno".
Cómo comentaba con mi hermana y varias amigas, anteriormente los cumpleaños eran de princesas, Barney, Mickey, hasta de los Teletubbies (cedulas para el piso yá) pero en la actualidad los niños se decantan por super héroes, villanos, y excentricidades que aveces ni uno mismo (adulto) sabe de que hablan.

The 3rd birthday, which was the second party as such that we made was Unicorn, to this day my daughter loves everything that has to do with ponies and unicorns, but at that time besides the fact that she showed much love for this theme, it was a fashion that was being imposed in children's parties. So this motif was "the trend" of the moment.
Now, at 6 years old, my God! As much as I tried any other reason, she already as if she was a great lady DEMANDED that her birthday be Harley Quinn, yes, that Harley Quinn that you and I know, the one with the famous bat and the little blue and red bows not to mention everything else hahaha this one, this one I will call "modern".
As I commented with my sister and several friends, in the past birthdays were about princesses, Barney, Mickey, even Teletubbies (cedulas para piso yá) but nowadays kids go for super heroes, villains, and eccentricities that sometimes not even one (adult) knows what they are talking about.
El antes
Una vez elegido el tema mi enfoque es dirigido a la decoración, anteriormente pagaba por montar el candy bar con todo y decoración, para ahorrarme ese tiempo yo, pero en ésta oportunidad, eso generaría mucho gasto adicional, asi que para reducir eso me tocó hacerlo CASI todo en casa.
La ropita de para ella si la mandé a hacer, no tengo esa habilidad de costura jaja el nombre en grande y los toppers de la torta igual.
Para hacer el motivo un poco mas infantil, escogimos una Harley Quinn en caricatura con la que se crearon los toppers y con la que realicé la tarjeta de invitación en digital.
Se nos ocurrió crear un ambiente tipo comics, entre muchos POW! ZAP! BOOM! dinamitas y bombas.
Y por supuesto, no podia faltar el famoso bate y hasta el mazo de Harley por petición de la festejada.
Claro está, el antes tambien ocupa espacio para pensar en los pasapalos, la torta, los dulces y la recreación.
The before
Once I chose the theme my focus is directed to the decoration, previously I paid to assemble the candy bar with everything and decoration, to save me that time, but this time, that would generate a lot of additional expense, so to reduce that I had to do almost everything at home.
The clothes for her I did have them made, I don't have that sewing skill haha the name in big and the toppers for the cake the same.
To make the motif a little more childish, we chose a cartoon Harley Quinn with which the toppers were created and with which I made the invitation card in digital.
We came up with the idea of creating a comic book type atmosphere, with lots of POW! ZAP! BOOM! dynamites and bombs.
And of course, we couldn't miss the famous bat and even Harley's sledgehammer at the request of the guest.
Of course, the before also occupies space to think about the pastries, cake, candy and recreation.
El día llegó
El dia empezó desde las 5 am. Aun habia que afinar detalles, decorar tortas, hacer cremas para pasapalos, montar decoracion, alistar todo para montar el teatril de la función de titeres, castillo inflable y todo lo que se requería.
El mobiliario llego a las 11 am. Mi hermana que fue mi mayor ayuda llego Y ya yo habia inflado los globos, estaba solo de armar, pero estabamos solas, ella con una bebe de 7 meses y yo con una de 9 meses encima intentando hacer todo. Era frustrante no avanzar, lo unico que avanzaba era el tiempo 😆
Al final, eran las 2pm y aun estabamos en eso, hasta que por fin se logro terminar, luego nos fuimos a decorar tortas y armar los dulces en la mesa, lo de decorar torta no fue sencillo, ni ella ni yo somos expertas en eso pero asumimos el reto de hacerlo por ahorro. Las tortas y dulces los hizo ella, y les aseguro que todo estaba delicioso, es nuestra repostera familiar jajaja sólo debemos hacer un cursito de decoracion de tortas jajajaja
Al fin terminamos, llego la hora de vestir a las niñas y sobretodo a la cumpleañera que estaba loca por vestirse de Harley, se suponía que la iba a maquillar y le pintaria un poco el cabello de azul y rojo pero el tiempo nos jugo en contra, cuando termine de vestirla y peinarla ya estaban inflando el castillo asi que se podran imaginar, ya en ese momento ella solo queria brincar y disfrutar su cumple. Tan fué asi que al momento de yo salir para tomarle la foto ya estaba super sudada y con los cachetes colorados de tanto brinco.
Todo transcurrió perfecto, los niños disfrutaron mucho, hasta el momento de las rifas que la cumpleañera queria todos los regalos para ella 😬
Al final, ella estaba feliz, disfrutó muchisimo su fiesta, la función de titeres estuvo maravillosa, hasta los adultos morimos de risa. Ver a mi hija feliz fue suficiente para recompensar todo el estres y los por menores del día.

The day arrived
The day started at 5 am. We still had to fine tune details, decorate cakes, make creams for pastries, set up decorations, get everything ready to set up the puppet show theater, bouncy castle and all that was required.
The furniture arrived at 11 am. My sister who was my biggest help arrived and I had already inflated the balloons, I was just setting up, but we were alone, she with a 7 month old baby and me with a 9 month old on top of her trying to do everything. It was frustrating not to move forward, the only thing that was moving forward was the time 😆.
In the end, it was 2pm and we were still working on it, until we finally managed to finish, then we went to decorate cakes and assemble the sweets on the table, the cake decorating was not easy, neither she nor I are experts in that but we took the challenge to do it by saving money. The cakes and sweets were made by her, and I assure you that everything was delicious, she is our family pastry chef hahaha we just need to take a cake decorating course hahahaha
Finally we finished, it was time to dress the girls and especially the birthday girl who was crazy to dress up as Harley, I was supposed to do her makeup and paint her hair a little blue and red but time was against us, when I finished dressing her and combing her hair they were already inflating the castle so you can imagine, and at that moment she just wanted to jump and enjoy her birthday. So much so that by the time I came out to take her picture she was already super sweaty and with red cheeks from so much jumping.
Everything went perfectly, the kids enjoyed themselves a lot, until the raffle time when the birthday girl wanted all the presents for herself 😬.
At the end, she was happy, she really enjoyed her party, the puppet show was wonderful, even we adults died laughing. Seeing my daughter happy was enough to make up for all the stress and minor portions of the day.
