Hola queridas mamis!!
If there is something for which we mothers are never going to be fully prepared, it is for diseases in our babies, whatever the disease, no matter how old they are, will always be a cause for concern. Fortunately we have natural medicine on our side. Although it is often overlooked, if you haven't tried it yet, you might be surprised how effective it can be.
Children suffer temporary health problems more often than adults. It is important to highlight this particular because if there is an "excessive" facility then this will be the reflection of a poor diet or the lack of outdoor exercise, factors that will especially influence the development of your immune system.
Today I would like to talk to you about two diseases that are recurrent in both babies and older children. Abdominal pain and diarrhea.
Most children suffer from abdominal pain at some point, and more often those that are a little nervous. The ultimate cause is a mystery, but they are always reflected in the intestines as spasms. Sometimes we see the child cry and cry for no "apparent reason" and we are filled with worry. If you are breastfeeding, you can help your baby by taking care not to drink or eat exciting foods that can pass into milk such as coffee, tea, cola or spicy. They can also massage him in the pansita in a clockwise direction until he expels the gases that may be bothering him.
When Andrea, my oldest daughter was a baby, she suffered a lot from colic because I ate what she wanted without any precautions, because I didn't know what I now know. I lived with my mother-in-law and she recommended that I buy her the Orange Blossom Drops and add them to water sweetened with honey or some fruit infusion and give it to her on an empty stomach. In this way she expelled gases with ease. For me it was the miraculous droplets!
If your baby has frequent colic, I will give you a recipe so that you can prepare an anti-colic tizana
Make an infusion of:
Anise seeds and of course the
Orange blossom flowers.
This tizana administered in small doses repeatedly will be very effective.
Diarrhea is another episode that occurs very frequently in all stages of childhood and that may or may not have consequences such as dehydration. The fact of coming into contact with the ground while playing already presents a risk for the appearance of diarrhea.
Something that we must remember that while there is diarrhea you must be hydrated, that is, drink plenty of fluids, especially serum. Here I leave you how to prepare it quickly. You will need to
A liter of water
One lemon's juice
A tablespoon of sugar
You measure the tip of a knife of salt and also of bicarbonate
It is taken throughout the day and in greater quantity the greater the diarrhea.
Please do not underestimate abdominal pain or diarrhea in your baby, always be careful what you eat while breastfeeding. Always pay attention to what your baby puts in his mouth, so you can prevent and avoid future chronic diseases
Note: The above is the product of my personal experience. It is always prudent and recommended to go to the doctor or pediatrician.
