Espero se encuentren bien! quiero contarles mi experiencia en la visita que realizamos al Complejo deportivo Sport Park los Campitos, donde se respetaron todas las normas de bioseguridad, el mismo está ubicado en la Av. Principal de Colinas de Valle arriba, Caracas-Venezuela.

I hope you are well! I want to tell you about my experience in the visit we made to the Sport Park Los Campitos sports complex, where all biosafety standards were respected, it is located on the main avenue of Colinas de Valle arriba, Caracas-Venezuela.
Luego de tanto tiempo sin poder salir con la llegada del covid-19 decidí junto con mi esposo, llevar a mi hija de 4 años a una actividad sobre manualidades en este caso, estaban realizando un taller llamado Mini-artesanos es un programa recreativo-educativo, donde vivió la experiencia de hacer su propio juguete, aprendió sobre los animales, sus sonidos, que comen, también conoció los animales endémicos de nuestro país. Durante el programa se trabajo en equipo manteniendo los cuidados preventivos. El costo de la entrada es de 10$ solo pagan los niños, los adultos no pagan.
After so much time without being able to go out with the arrival of covid-19 I decided together with my husband, to take my 4 year old daughter to an activity on handicrafts in this case, they were doing a workshop called Mini-artesanos is a recreational-educational program, where she lived the experience of making her own toy, learned about animals, their sounds, what they eat, also met the endemic animals of our country. During the program they worked as a team maintaining preventive care. The entrance fee is $10.00, only children pay, adults do not pay.
Aquí explicaban como utilizan la maquina para cortar madera (MDF), claro en este caso es manejado por un experto.
El primer paso para la elaboración del juguete era escoger un animal favorito, mi hija escogió el elefante, así que procedimos a recortarlo con mucho cuidado, a pesar de que mi hija tiene 4 años me da mucho nervios que se pueda hacer daño, así que decidí ayudarla.
Here they explained how they use the machine to cut wood (MDF), of course in this case it is handled by an expert.
The first step for the elaboration of the toy was to choose a favorite animal, my daughter chose the elephant, so we proceeded to cut it out very carefully, even though my daughter is 4 years old I was very nervous that she could hurt herself, so I decided to help her.
El segundo paso consistía en pegar el elefante ya cortado en la madera (MDF), con la pega de barra untamos el dibujo y pegamos en la tabla de madera con mucho cuidado que quede el cuerpo completo en el mismo, se coloca el nombre atrás para sea identificado.
The second step consisted of gluing the elephant already cut in the wood (MDF), with the glue stick we spread the drawing and glue it on the wooden board carefully so that the whole body remains on it, the name is placed on the back to be identified.
Tercer paso se encargaban de cortar las maderas MDF según la figura elegida por cada niño. Invito a participar a una niña e 6 años con los debidas instrucciones y cuidados.
The third step was to cut the MDF wood according to the figure chosen by each child. I invited a 6 year old girl to participate with the proper instructions and care.
Ultimo paso consistía en que cada uno de los niños pintaran o tintaran sus juguetes creados, para esto debían lijarlo para que la pintura se adhiera a la madera MDF así que nos pusimos manos a la obra, los colores que eligió mi hija me encantaron sobre todo la brillantinas (escarcha) que le coloco a cada pieza del rompecabezas creado.
The last step was for each of the children to paint or stain their created toys, for this they had to sand it so that the paint would adhere to the MDF wood so we got down to work, the colors that my daughter chose I loved especially the glitter (frost) that she put on each piece of the created puzzle.
Debo decirle que fue una experiencia muy agradable, vimos como se desenvolvía nuestra hija, lo delicada que es para pintar y lo mucho que le gusta las escarchas como le dice ella brillantina.
Lo importante de esta actividad es que aprende jugando,es decir que lo hace interesante, desarrolla la motricidad fina ya que debe agarrar con sus dedos cada pieza, fortalece la concentración porque tiene un objetivo por alcanzar, aumenta el autoestima porque despierta sus sentimiento de alegría al realizar la actividad, experimenta la relajación, porque se concentran tanto en lo que están haciendo que despejan la mente, mejora la ubicación espacial.
I must tell you that it was a very pleasant experience, we saw how our daughter developed, how delicate she is to paint and how much she likes the frosting as she calls her "brillantina".
The important thing about this activity is that they learn while playing, that is, it makes it interesting, develops fine motor skills because they have to grasp each piece with their fingers, strengthens concentration because they have a goal to achieve, increases self-esteem because it awakens their feelings of joy when doing the activity, experiences relaxation, because they concentrate so much on what they are doing that they clear their minds, improves spatial location.

Se lo difícil que es este cambio de vida para nuestros hijos, pero sabemos la importancia de dedicarles tiempo para fomentar el desarrollo de la psicomotricidad, pienso que debemos seguir ayudándolos en el cumplimiento y desarrollo de objetivos con los debidos cuidados antes el covid-19.
Según wikipedia la psicomotricidad es una disciplina que, basándose en una concepción integral del sujeto, se ocupa de la interacción que se establece entre el conocimiento, la emoción, el movimiento y de su mayor validez para el desarrollo de la persona, de su corporeidad, así como de su capacidad para expresarse y relacionarse en el mundo que lo rodea. Su campo de estudio se basa en el cuerpo como construcción, y no en el organismo en relación a la especie.
I know how difficult this change of life is for our children, but we know the importance of dedicating time to encourage the development of psychomotor skills, I think we should continue to help them in the fulfillment and development of objectives with due care before covid-19.
According to wikipedia psychomotricity is a discipline that, based on an integral conception of the subject, deals with the interaction that is established between knowledge, emotion, movement and its greater validity for the development of the person, his corporeality, as well as his ability to express himself and relate to the world around him. Its field of study is based on the body as a construction, and not on the organism in relation to the species.
La verdad no puedo quejarme, nos gusto mucho la actividades que realizaron, hubo mucha diversión. La felicidad no tiene precio. Así que a disfrutar y seguir fortaleciendo las habilidades de cada uno de nuestros hijos, con las medidas de seguridad necesarias, sin aparatar el desarrollo de la psicomotricidad que ayuda al fortalecimiento de la salud mental y física.
I really can't complain, we really liked the activities they did, there was a lot of fun. Happiness is priceless. So let's enjoy and continue to strengthen the skills of each of our children, with the necessary safety measures, without neglecting the development of psychomotor skills that helps to strengthen mental and physical health.
