En esta oportunidad y de manera rápida hice una pasta para mi hijo Camilo Andres, lo mas especial no es la comida es el momento tan agradable que pasamos juntos, pues el Amor no es solo sentirlo, sino hay que demostrarlo.
In this opportunity and quickly I made a pasta for my son Camilo Andres, the most special thing is not the food but the nice time we spent together, because love is not only to feel it, but you have to show it.
Los ingredientes para consentir a los pequeños de la casa son los siguientes:
The ingredients to pamper the little ones in the house are the following:.
- 1/2 kg de pasta larga
- 5 Salchichas
- 2 Tomates grandes
- 1 Cebolla
- Sal, adobo al gusto para nuestra salsa
- Queso rallado de tu preferencia
- 1/2 kg of long pasta
- 5 Sausages
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 onion
Salt, marinade to taste for our sauce
Grated cheese of your choice
La preparación es muy sencilla:
The preparation is so easy:
1.- Se comienza por el corte de las salchichas.
1.- It begins by cutting the sausages.
2.- Aqui es donde nuestros pequeños participan una vez picadas las salchichas, introducimos una a una en cada palito de pasta.
2.- This is where our little ones participate once the sausages have been minced, we introduce one by one in each pasta stick.
Una vez este lista la pasta con sus respectivas salchichas, en agua hervida procedemos a cocinar por unos 7 minutos hasta que la misma este al dente.
3.- Once the pasta with its respective sausages is ready, in boiled water we proceed to cook for about 7 minutes until it is al dente.
Para la salsa de la pasta solo colocamos en la licuadora los tomates, cebolla, sal y adobo al gusto licuamos y cocinamos.
4.- For the pasta sauce, we only place the tomatoes, onion, salt and marinade to taste in the blender, blend and cook.
5.- Pasados unos diez minutos tenemos una rica pasta super sencilla, para consentir a los pequeños de casa, no queda otra cosa que emplatar y a comer.
