I was inattentive - A sudden change...

The human brain needs relaxation sometimes and when you are into too many things, sometimes your body and brain demand some free time from you. I live in a very small one-room studio apartment and it's hard to walk around especially in my home. I feel exhausted sometimes if I stay inside for too much long time, kind of suffocation I feel. Plus now I can't open my window because of the cold environment so full internal air and heating system cause severe suffocation for me. My sleep time has been changed almost, I stay awake the whole night and usually go to sleep too late, usually before sunrise, and woke up so late. This abnormal routine not only effecting my whole body, immune system but also psychologically I started feeling bad. My body feels tired, my brain doesn't work at all and I am becoming less productive as a result.

I have to change this shit routine otherwise I am afraid that my health will be damaged. Anyway, as I was feeling numb and suffocated so I decided to go to the shopping mall for nothing. Yes, for nothing, just to walk, watch people, and explore some products and prices.

This is one of my favorite shopping malls in Kharkiv, not because of shopping, I love the environment as well. I have mentioned in one of my posts before that after the new year celebration, Kharkiv city seems so quiet but shopping malls are opened. I wonder how these salesmen still doing their job properly, I mean they rarely get a day off. Anyway, my focus was on my walk and the shops... LOL...

The fare of a taxi increased a lot due to the holiday season, I had to pay extra today than usual. I had the chance to take the metro but my boyfriend told me to take a taxi because he was going to pay. Nice, who doesn't like some support right? Anyway, I saw a nice show in Adidas, one of my favorite brands after Nike. The show costs almost 300$ so I decided to leave it for now and need to save money for that. I don't wear expensive shoes normally but I really liked the style of those shoes.

After walking for a while, I sat down for a coffee and this was the place where I took my coffee. It was nice to look at, a small fountain, Christmas decoration, overall a nice environment...

I bought a nice phone case for my new phone, cost me 10$ almost, silicon material or silicon cover I guess. Good for a while and as I don't like the flip cover so it was okay.

I was walking directionlessly because I had no plan of buying anything. I just wanted a small change. I could have a walk around my home with Gigi but outside is so cold nowadays and hard to walk outside without any reason.

That's all for today, I just need to change the timing of my daily life...
