Rossol. An unusual drink of Slovakia.

We came to Slovakia from Ukraine two years ago. In general, this country is similar to Ukraine. Mostly Slavs with a similar culture live here. The cuisine and drinks are different, but not much. Let's say so, in Italy the difference is bigger. I will also say that Slovaks drink vodka with beer. And drunk too well. But they drink little vodka, there are other drinks.

But sometimes you see strange products. About a year ago I saw ROSSOL (solted juice from cabbage) on sale. At first I thought it was for some specific dishes. As it turned out, it's for drinking. Apparently for a morning drink after an active party.
Surprising is not the ROSSOL, but the fact that it is sold as a separate product.

I already bought a second bottle. ROSSOL from cabbage. Sold in all major stores, Kaufland, Tesco. 05 liters for 0.99 Euro.

I can highly advise how you will be in Slovakia. It will be good and the heat of summer as well.
