This is not picking on security guards so much as all those irritating people most of us deal with on a semi-regular basis. You know, the ones that base most of their self-worth on whatever small amount of authority their job or position affords them, and take joy in abusing it. Security guard, company manager, cop, politician... you find the type anywhere.

I just thought in this time of turmoil and overwhelming authoritarianism, it's good to remind ourselves that most of the 'authorities' trying to tell us how to live need to be judged on their results (or lack thereof) rather than their position...
