Espero que estén muy bien el día de hoy, las cualidades son las que nos diferencian de cualquier otra cosa, es lo que nos identifica y caracteriza, las cualidades se pueden desarrollar en casa o incluso aprenderlas fuera lo importante es entender que es un término positivo que describe la forma de ser de una persona. Ahora me piden que describa una cualidad que debería ser talento y lo pensé mucho, hasta que llegué a una conclusión, esta cualidad que voy a mencionar me parece la más ideal para considerarla un gran talento!

Siempre he admirado y buscado la forma de ser una persona proactiva, creo que debería ser un talento ya que este tipo de personas son capaces de afrontar situaciones difíciles de forma controlada y con posibles soluciones, personas que no reaccionan negativamente ante la adversidad, con gran inteligencia emocional y esto les lleva a controlar sus emociones ante los demás.

Personalmente considero que ser proactivo debería ser un talento ya que no es algo que la mayoría de la gente tenga, además este tipo de personas siempre tienen algo bueno que aportar al mundo, proyectos, metas, cosas que aprender, son increíblemente activos y nunca dejan de buscar el conocimiento!

I have always admired and searched for the way to be a proactive person, I think it should be a talent because this kind of people are able to cope with difficult situations in a controlled manner and with possible solutions, people who do not react negatively to adversity, with great emotional intelligence and this leads to the control of their emotions to others.

Personally I consider that being proactive should be a talent since it is not something that most person have, besides this kind of people always have something good to contribute to the world, projects, goals, things to learn, they are incredibly active and never stop looking for knowledge!
