Exactly.. I have always said that teachers need to be highly paid especially those teaching the creche and kindergarten. They are really doing a lot of work and it is not easy.

If the world values education then it should also value those that gives out and makes education exist. Pay teachers more and let them feel comfortable and happy with their jobs.

You are right again about the fact that most of the things we are taught in school is never needed in the work we do after school and that's the problem I have with schooling. We should be taught things that we would likely face out there not finding the answer to x+y
