[ESP-ING] BLOGGING CHALLENGE PARTE 1/DÍA 6: ¿A que le tiene miedo? - What are you afraid of? @noriscol

Hola a toda la comunidad de #hive en este día les voy a contar a qué le tengo miedo, tener miedo es inevitable pero tenemos que aprender a vivir con ellos, ya que esto no nos va a permitir desenvolvernos en nuestra vida diaria.

Le tengo miedo a las alturas sufro de vértigo y esto sin duda es terrible, muchas veces he intentado superar esto pero no lo he podido lograr.

Cuando estoy en un edificio o en algún lugar alto que miro hacia abajo me paralizo, esto me da pánico.

En un parque de diversiones me monté en la estrella y cuando iba subiendo yo estaba paralizada, yo me subí allí para complacer a mi hija que quería que la acompañará pero sin duda fué todo un reto y en todo el recorrido iba como un tempano de hielo.

Tengo muchas anécdotas, hace años fué al cerro el Ávila un lugar hermoso de mi país pero hay que montarnos en teleféricos y yo no me moví en todo el viaje, mi pequeña hija se levantaba y estaba disfrutando y yo no podía controlar el miedo que sentía al verme en las alturas.

Sigo teniendo miedo pero muchas veces intento realizar actividades a las alturas porque quiero superar esto y lo voy a lograr,bueno amigos espero que tengan un excelente día.

Hello to all the #hive community, today I am going to tell you what I am afraid of, being afraid is inevitable but we have to learn to live with them, because this will not allow us to function in our daily lives.

I am afraid of heights, I suffer from vertigo and this is certainly terrible, many times I have tried to overcome this but I have not been able to achieve it.

When I am in a building or in some high place that I look down I get paralyzed, this gives me panic.

In an amusement park I rode on the star and when I was going up I was paralyzed, I went up there to please my daughter who wanted me to accompany her but it was certainly a challenge and throughout the ride I was like an iceberg.

I have many anecdotes, years ago I went to the Avila hill, a beautiful place in my country but you have to ride in cable cars and I did not move during the whole trip, my little daughter was getting up and was enjoying and I could not control the fear I felt when I saw myself at heights.

I am still afraid but many times I try to do activities at heights because I want to overcome this and I am going to do it.
