Hola Amigos. Hoy hablaremos de mi dieta habitual.

Este tema me cae como anillo al dedo ya que este año en serio debo perder aunque sea 10 kilos, ya que estoy con mucho sobrepeso el cual gane en tan solo 2 años.

This topic fits me like a glove since this year I really must lose even 10 kilos, since I am very overweight which I gained in just 2 years.

Anteriormente yo cuando hacia una especie de dieta, lo que hacía era evitar las un poco las harinas pero no del todo ya que se me hace imposible jejejeje, evitar las frituras (me hacen daño por la gastritis) y comer pollo a la plancha, ensaladas sin mayonesa, beber más de 2 litros de agua al día y ejercitarme en casa. Ese era mi método y me funcionaba, sin embargo, nunca he tenido el cuerpo marcado al estilo fit, pero me gustaría tenerlo algún día ya que lo que más he logrado tener en forma son mis piernas jejejeje.

Previously, when I did a kind of diet, what I did was avoid the flours a little but not completely since it is impossible for me hehehehe, avoid fried foods (they hurt me because of gastritis) and eat grilled chicken, salads without mayonnaise, drink more than 2 liters of water a day and exercise at home. That was my method and it worked for me, however, I have never had a body marked in the fit style, but I would like to have it one day since what I have managed to get the most in shape are my legs hehehehe.

Desde agosto del 2020 como me vi tan afectada con la gastritis, pues dedici evitar muchas cosas para ingerir, entre ellas esta el chocolate, la mayonesa, jugos en polvo, reducir el consumo de café y, por último comer menos cantidades ya que en casa se come muy pesado y super tarde, entonces estoy tratando de comer un poco mas ligero, estoy bebiendo mucha pero mucha agua y espero poder mantener este 2021 una economía digamos que rentable, para poder despreocuparme un poco y dedicarle 1 o 2 horas de caminata diaria para quemar calorías poco a poco.

Actualmente estoy pesqndo 69 Kg cuando mi peso ideal debería de estar entre 55 o 56 Kg ya que mido 1.55 Cm. Entonces bueno, esa es mi meta con respecto a dieta equilibrada para este 2021, espero bajar unos cuantos kilos y sentirme a gusto con mi cuerpo.

I am currently weighing 69 Kg when my ideal weight should be between 55 or 56 Kg since I am 1.55 Cm. So well, that is my goal regarding a balanced diet for this 2021, I hope to lose a few kilos and feel comfortable with my body.
