Blogging Challenge. Day 12. Part 1. 3 Healthy habits.

  1. Regular running.
    Running gives charge to the entire body, it is useful for every organ, for every system of our body.
    Running strengthens the heart, lungs, circulatory system.
    Regular cardio activity releases the right hormones of joy and happiness that kill other hormones that contribute to depression and discouragement.

  2. Practice qigong.
    As any person in China would tell you, a person is made up of energy. The correct flow of energy gives health and prolongs life.
    Tsigut allows you to put energy flows in the right direction, direct them in the right direction, align and strengthen.
    The correct flow of yin and yang energy is health, longevity and a positive attitude for the whole day.

  3. Positive attitude.
    The ability to choose positive thoughts from the stream of thoughts, and let negative thoughts pass by is what I strive for all my life.
    It does not always work. But I'm trying.
