In my teenage days I lived dreaming of a job that would fulfill all my expectations, by that time I imagined that the ideal job or job would be one where I earned very well I dreamed that when I started working I could have most of the things I wanted, when I got my first job at about eighteen years as a nanny was like an adventure that pushed me to continue fighting for what I wanted to achieve, I felt that this job was not what I had always imagined, even more so when some people suffered from a superiority complex and began to treat you like the usual soap opera girl who everyone believed that by working in a nanny's house I was the protagonist of the soap opera who should be treated badly to the point of wanting to disrespect. From that moment on I began to form an idea of what my dream job would be.

On several occasions I have had the opportunity in job interviews to answer the question What is your dream job? Which has been of great reflection for me is not easy, it seems simple to answer, but no, it is not really we must be clear what we are looking for, we really like what they are offering us, we are able to take that responsibility or it's just what we got and that's it. The salary we are offered must be in accordance with our functions, it must cover our basic needs such as: food, clothing, health and transportation.

Many times we accept a job because of the economic hardship we are going through, we think it is not what I want, it is more work than what I will earn but worse is nothing, although it is true that in these times having a job is a blessing we must also make an assessment of all the factors that are essential to obtain job stability that makes us feel successful and not failures.

In particular my dream job is one where I enjoy the assigned functions, where I have the freedom to develop ideas that contribute to the growth of the institution, where my opinions are heard and if they are good taken into account when making some decisions, where I can put into practice some activities of my profession and of course a teamwork where the achievement of one is the success of all, a work environment in which it is pleasant to arrive every day and want to return, respect must remain beyond the differences that can be generated to share ideas or those that arise with the daily dealings of the day to day because we are not all of the same character or we can not like everyone but should not mix the personal with the work.

The salary is one of the factors that leave nonconformity to a job that could be the one of your dreams, but what you earn is not enough to cover your basic needs then ceases to be the job of your dreams, start the hassles and even if you enjoy what you do there should always be a balance between responsibilities and your salary, if you have a higher level of responsibility at work equal should be your reward.

I am happy to share with you what I think about my dream job, I found this topic interesting and it corresponds to day 04 of the blogging challenge, part I, this is my first publication in this beautiful community, which caught my attention as it seems to me an interesting way to meet and interact with the members of the hive.

En mis tiempos de adolescencia vivía soñando con un empleo que llenara todas mis expectativas, para ese entonces me imaginaba que el trabajo o empleo ideal sería aquel donde ganara muy bien soñaba que cuando empezara a trabajar podría tener la gran mayoría de las cosas que deseaba, cuando obtuve mi primer empleo a los dieciocho años aproximadamente como niñera fue como una aventura que me impulso a seguir luchando por lo que quería lograr, sentía que ese trabajo no era lo que yo siempre me había imaginado más aun cuando algunas personas sufrían el complejo de superioridad te empezaban a tratar como la corriente muchacha de telenovela al cual todos creían que por trabajar en una casa de niñera era la protagonista de la telenovela que deberían tratar mal hasta el punto de querer faltar al respeto. A partir de ese momento comencé a formarme una idea de cuál sería el trabajo de mis sueños.

En varias ocasiones he tenido la oportunidad en las entrevistas de trabajo de responder a la pregunta ¿Cuál es el trabajo de tus sueños? El cual ha sido de gran reflexión para mí no es nada fácil, pareciera sencillo de responder, pero no, no lo es en realidad debemos estar claros que es lo que buscamos, realmente nos gusta lo que nos están ofreciendo, estamos capacitados para tomar dicha responsabilidad o es simplemente lo que nos toco y ya. El salario que nos ofrecen debe estar acorde a nuestras funciones, debe cubrir nuestras necesidades básicas como: alimentación, vestido, salud y transporte.

Muchas veces aceptamos un trabajo por el apuro económico que estamos pasando, pensamos no es lo que yo quiero, es más el trabajo que lo que voy a ganar pero peor es nada, si bien es cierto contar en estos tiempos con un empleo es una bendición también debemos hacer una evaluación de todos los factores que son indispensables para obtener estabilidad laboral que nos haga sentir exitosos y no unos fracasados.

En lo particular el trabajo de mis sueños es aquel donde disfrute las funciones asignadas, donde tenga libertad para desarrollar ideas que aporte a un crecimiento de la Institución, que mis opiniones sean escuchadas y si son buenas tomadas en cuenta al tomar algunas decisiones, donde pueda poner en práctica algunas actividades de mi profesión y por supuesto un trabajo en equipo donde el logro de uno sea el éxito de todos, un ambiente laboral en el cual sea agradable llegar todos los días y se quiera volver ,el respeto debe permanecer mas allá de las diferencias que se puedan generar al compartir ideas o con las que surgen con el trato diario del día a día ya que no todos somos del mismo carácter o no podemos caer bien a todo el mundo pero no se deben mezclar lo personal con lo laboral.

El salario es unos de los factores que dejan inconformismo ante un empleo que pudiera ser el de tus sueños, pero lo que ganas no te alcanza a cubrir tus necesidades básicas deja entonces de ser el empleo de tus sueños, empieza las molestias y por más que disfrutes lo que haces siempre debe existir un equilibrio entre las responsabilidades y tu sueldo, si tienes un nivel de responsabilidad mayor en el trabajo igual deberá ser tu recompensa.

Estoy feliz de compartir con ustedes lo que pienso acerca del trabajo de mi sueños, este tema me pareció interesante y corresponde al día 04 del blogging challenge, parte I, esta es mi primera publicación en esta bonita comunidad, que llamo mi atención ya que me parece una interesante forma de conocer e interactuar con los miembros de la colmena.
