Soy educador de profesión y les puedo decir que me encariñe con está linda carrera sin saberlo, es lindo sentir el cariño de tus estudiantes y saber que a través de tus enseñanzas les estas dejando un aprendizaje que le servirá para su vida cotidiana.
I am an educator by profession and I can tell you that I have become attached to this beautiful career without knowing it. It is nice to feel the affection of your students and to know that through your teachings you are leaving them a learning experience that will serve them in their daily lives.
La Educación es la base fundamental para el crecimiento de un país, es desde sus raíces donde podemos forjar un futuro mejor para las nuevas generaciones, como dice esté pensamiento de nuestro Libertador Simón Bolívar "Un ser sin estudio es un ser incompleto". Es por ello que si todos nuestros habitantes están educados y bien formados no habrá manera de que los engañen, es por ello que el educador es el profesional más importante de un país ya que guía a las nuevas generaciones que ayudaran a que un país crezca en todos los aspectos, tan económico, político, social, agrícola, cultural, turístico y muchos más la educación es la precursora de todo.
Education is the fundamental basis for the growth of a country; it is from its roots that we can forge a better future for the new generations, as this thought of our Liberator Simon Bolivar says "A being without study is an incomplete being". That's why if all our inhabitants are educated and well trained there will be no way to deceive them, that's why the educator is the most important professional of a country since he guides the new generations that will help a country grow in all aspects, so economic, political, social, agricultural, cultural, tourist and many more education is the precursor of everything.
En mí país Venezuela lamentablemente a nosotros los educadores no nos valoran nuestro trabajo con una remuneración digna, es por ello que muchos han abandonado sus puestos de trabajo para buscar un futuro mejor, aunque por otra parte hay muchos que siguen en pie de lucha tanto para devolver sus reivindicaciones salariales y también en el apoyo al estudiante que al final no tiene la culpa de todo lo que sucede en el país.
In my country Venezuela unfortunately we educators do not value our work with a decent remuneration, that is why many have left their jobs to seek a better future, although on the other hand there are many who continue to fight both to return their wage claims and also in support of the student who in the end is not to blame for everything that happens in the country.
E sido uno de los que más apoyado el levantamiento de los docentes ha luchar por nuestros derechos, sin pasar por arriba de los estudiantes que son lo más importante, pero tampoco debemos quedarnos callados ante los atropellos ya que si hacemos eso estaremos siendo cobardes y como le enseñamos a un niño a defender sus derechos si nosotros mismos no lo hacemos, No tiene lógica verdad?, es por ello que seguiremos en pie de lucha, de esa manera estaremos defendiendo no solo un sueldo si no el futuro de las generaciones que vienen.
He has been one of those who has most supported the teachers' uprising to fight for our rights, without going over the heads of the students who are the most important, but neither should we remain silent in the face of the outrages because if we do that we will be cowards and as we teach a child to defend his rights if we do not do it ourselves, it is not logical, right?

Hola,que gusto encontrarme a un colega venezolano,ya estoy jubilada,pero apoyo todas las luchas de mis colegas que también son las mías,nuestra profesión es hermosa,pero amor con hambre no dura y necesitamos que nuestros salarios mejoren,en nuestro país es dificil la situación,pido a dios por una salida a este tunel.Te deso muchos éxitos colega,adelante,con mucha energia positiva.
