Greetings dear Hivers and followers of the phrase that week after week @tripode shares with us through his #Energyrefill contest. Today I am very moved and enthusiastic to present my reflection.
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or touched, they must be felt with the heart. - Helen Keller -
Comprendo que para algunas personas puede resultar difícil cuando las cosas que consideramos mejores y bonitas no podamos tocarla y admirarla, como seres humanos nuestro instinto nos guía a hacer contacto con todos nuestros sentidos con aquellas cosas que nos dan placer o producen bienestar.
I understand that for some people it can be difficult when the things we consider best and beautiful we cannot touch and admire, as human beings our instinct guides us to make contact with all our senses with those things that give us pleasure or produce well-being.
Sin embargo reflexionando con la frase que nos regala Helen Keller, sí creo hay cosas bonitas en el mundo que podemos sentir con el corazón sin necesidad de ver ni tocar, y pienso que son las que están guiadas por esa energía suprema que nos impulsa a vivir, que llamamos Amor.
However, reflecting on the phrase that Helen Keller gives us, I do believe that there are beautiful things in the world that we can feel with our hearts without needing to see or touch, and I think that they are those that are guided by that supreme energy that drives us to live, that we call Love.
El amor que para algunos tiene nombres o representaciones, para mi es esa energía que no se ve pero se siente de diversas formas al hacer contacto con la realidad que nos circunda.
Love, which for some people has names or representations, for me is that energy that is not seen but is felt in different ways when we make contact with the reality that surrounds us.
Eso bonito que no puede ser visto ni tocado pero si sentido con el corazón, en primer orden lo relaciono a las experiencias espirituales intimas y únicas. Instante vivido como experiencias trascendentes que al cerrar los ojos nos permiten estar en estado de profundo regocijo.
That beautiful thing that cannot be seen or touched but felt with the heart, in first order I relate it to the intimate and unique spiritual experiences. Moments lived as transcendent experiences that when we close our eyes allow us to be in a state of deep joy.
Algunas veces he vivido eventualidades de este tipo donde he sentido estado de levedad y belleza, conectada a la naturaleza me he dispuesto a sentir la luz del sol o la luna que tocan mi piel junto a la brisa y sonidos recibidos del ambiente, así he sentí la necesidad de expandir mi pecho y rostro a lo alto, con una sensación de agradecimiento infinita que sobrepasa mi cuerpo.
Sometimes I have lived eventualities of this type where I have felt a state of lightness and beauty, connected to nature, I have been willing to feel the sunlight or the moonlight touching my skin together with the breeze and sounds received from the environment, so I have felt the need to expand my chest and face upwards, with a feeling of infinite gratitude that surpasses my body.
Mi manera de expresarme al recibir tanta grandeza y belleza de esa fuerza suprema ha sido entre sollozos y respiraciones quedando luego en estado contemplativo que me han llevado a tener sensaciones conmovedoras de sentirme viva, integrada, identificada y consciente ante lo existente, sin duda todo mi ser en resonancia con el amor pulsante en mi corazón.
My way of expressing myself upon receiving so much greatness and beauty from that supreme force, has been between sobs and breaths then I have been in a contemplative state that has led me to have moving sensations of feeling alive, integrated, identified and conscious of what exists, without a doubt my whole being in resonance with the love pulsating in my heart.
También cosas bellezas he sentido al escuchar con los ojos cerrados una hermosa melodía y danzar libremente sin estereotipos produciendo en mi un sinfín de emociones que sin duda conectan con mi centro de energía y amor.
I have also felt beautiful things when listening with my eyes closed to a beautiful melody and dancing freely without stereotypes, producing in me a myriad of emotions that undoubtedly connect with my center of energy and love.
Y otra experiencia que creo revela esta maravillosa conexión de no poder ver ni tocar, pero si sentir con el corazón, es el vínculo entre la madre y el bebé, que en principio solo se siente durante 9 meses y sin dudas es una unión de corazones integrados biológicamente que en esencia es un hilo de amor invisible que se agiganta al punto de sentirse a la distancia para la eternidad.
And another experience that I believe reveals this wonderful connection of not being able to see or touch, but to feel with the heart, is the bond between mother and baby, which in principle is only felt for 9 months and without a doubt is a union of biologically integrated hearts that in essence is an invisible thread of love that grows to the point of being felt in the distance for eternity.

Hola amiga @evev, siempre realizar aquellas actividades que nos sumen como personas, tal cual mencionas, tener contacto con la naturaleza o simplemente escuchar esas músicas que tanto nos gusta oir, pero con la importancia de que nos hagan sentir plenos, y ese amor que nos genera, nos sirva para mantener nuestra salud mental que tanto necesitamos en este momento y poder transmitirlo a los demás.
