En vista de que la palabra CITA en español posee doble significado brevemente describo que mis mejores citas han sido entre artistas, filósofos y maestros en los que a través de ricas tertulias me he encontrado con infinidad de frases que han nutrido mi existencia, recordarlas y escribirlas todas sería un motivador ejercicio mental y que así honraría aún más sus presencias en mi vida, pero aquí compartiré las más significativas de este año 2020, y solo una de ellas fue la que más eco hizo en mí gracias a una situación que me movilizo orgánica y emocionalmente.

In view of the fact that the word CITA in Spanish has a double meaning, I will briefly describe that my best quotes have been among artists, philosophers and teachers in which, through rich conversations, I have come across an infinite number of phrases that have nourished my existence. Remembering and writing them all would be a motivating mental exercise and would thus honor their presence in my life even more, but here I will share the most significant ones from this year 2020, and only one of them was the one that echoed most in me thanks to a situation that mobilized me organically and emotionally.

Pandemia le trajo noticias importantes a mi cuerpo, repentinamente empecé a tener sensibilidad en la piel y la sangre al consumir alimentos a base de gluten esto me llevó a tener un cambio drástico de hábitos alimenticios aspecto que me afecto emocionalmente en vista de que en mi hogar no se comprendía por qué tenía que consumir otro tipo de comida.

Pandemia brought important news to my body, I suddenly started to have sensitivity in my skin and blood when consuming gluten based foods, this led me to have a drastic change in my eating habits which affected me emotionally since at home it was not understood why I had to consume other foods.

Progresivamente comencé a explicarles las consecuencias del consumo del gluten, cuando empezaron a ver mi disciplina en la preparación de los alimentos y mi mejoría estuvieron más tranquilos, en especial mi madre quien hizo alianzas conmigo y empezamos a crear nuevas recetas más saludables en bases a vegetales, frutas, avena y arroz más alguna proteína animal, unido a ello sustentar mi dieta con vitaminas. A partir de allí muchas cosas mejoraron en mi organismo, y es por eso que a esta cita y a Yesenia García le hago mi reconocimiento y agradecimiento en honor a mi salud.

Progressively I began to explain the consequences of the consumption of gluten, when they began to see my discipline in the preparation of the food and my improvement they were calmer, especially my mother who made alliances with me and we began to create new recipes more healthful in bases of vegetables, fruits, oats and rice more some animal protein.
