En esta zona montañosa se practican varias actividades deportivas al aire libre, hay pistas de bicicross, motocross, campos de béisbol, una pista de aeromodelismo y un fangodromo, es un lugar bastante amplio, con bonita vista y muchos senderos por explorar, hoy solo hicimos una ruta corta, para ejercitar un poco en contacto con la naturaleza

In this mountainous area several outdoor sports activities are practiced, there are bike tracks, motocross, baseball fields, a model airplane track and a fangodrome, it is a fairly large place, with nice view and many trails to explore, today we only made a short route, to exercise a little in contact with nature

Hay partes de cultivos dónde viven pocas personas que comercializan sus productos, vimos plantaciones de berenjenas, auyamas, y ésta fruta o vegetal que les muestro a continuación, nunca supimos que era, pero llamo mucho mi atención.

There are parts of crops where few people live and sell their products, we saw plantations of eggplants, auyamas, and this fruit or vegetable that I show you below, we never knew what it was, but it caught my attention

Durante el recorrido cuesta arriba era muy común encontrarnos con cristales de cuarzo, parecían trozos de hielo en el suelo, brillan mucho con los rayos del sol, son realmente hermosos! También algunas flores y pinos.

During the trip uphill it was very common to find quartz crystals, they looked like pieces of ice on the ground, they shine very brightly in the sunlight, they are really beautiful! Also some flowers and pine trees

El clima en esta zona suele ser bastante fresco, sin embargo estaba muy soleado, pero en perfecto equilibrio con el viento, fue una mañana muy agradable y amena, la ruta menos agotadora de lo que pensé, también bastante productiva, pudimos intercambiar impresiones e ideas artísticas, mi amigo Miguel es un gran fotógrafo y tiene un don para capturar muy buenas imágenes, cómo estás que me tomo desprevenida. The weather in this area is usually quite cool, however it was very sunny, but in perfect balance with the wind, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable morning, the route less tiring than I thought, also quite productive, we were able to exchange impressions and artistic ideas, my friend Miguel is a great photographer and has a gift for capturing very good images, like these that caught me off guard. Estos paseos al aire libre son realmente energizantes, saludables, inspiradores, es importante siempre llevar agua, algunas frutas, y NO DEJAR BASURA! También les recomiendo llevar una bolsa donde puedan recoger lo que encuentren tirado que aunque no sean nuestros residuos, nos afecta a todos.
