No les ha pasado que cuando las personas les preguntan por ustedes o alguien te dice: Cuéntame de ti ¿te quedas en blanco? te quedas tipo ¿Quien soy? a mi suele pasarme a veces y esta no es la excepción. El segundo día de este divertido challenge me pide que diga 20 datos sobre mi así que no perdamos mas tiempo y ¡comencemos!

Amo las historias románticas // I love romantic stories

Si, las amo mucho soy muy cursi y desde mirar una pelicula o leer un libro de este genero a pesar de que en su mayoria son predecibles ME ENCANTA.De los detalles que suelen tener los protagonistas con sus parejas intento recrearlos en detalles para mi novio. La mayoría de las mujeres suelen imaginarse que en algún momento de sus vidas recibirán muestras de amor tan tiernas como en una película o libro y yo me quedo tipo ¿para que esperar si yo también puedo dar ese amor? Nunca es bueno esperar señoritas la vida es muy corta para esperar que hagan cosas por nosotras, cuando nosotras podemos dar ese amor tan puro y bonito.

Mi papa, mi tía y yo amamos muchísimo el picante. Podemos comerlo con todo, mi papa siempre suele crear diferentes salsas picantes y he de admitir que todas le quedan divinas. En una comida eso nunca puede faltar.

Cantar es mi pasión // Singing is my passion

Mi abuelito, mi mama y sus hermanos cantan de toda la vida. Solo uno de mis tíos fue el que logro grabar su cd independiente pero gracias a esas personas yo también formo parte de ese circulo desde que tenia 4 años. A los 9 años empece en festivales y en restaurantes porque a mi padrastro lo invitaban mucho y una vez que me puso a cantar, los dueños del restaurante me dieron un lugar a parte a mi para que yo también tuviera una oportunidad.

Cantar es algo que para mi es muy importante, me hace sentir bien y libre, no digo que soy una experta, pero siempre me gusta mejorar e ir por mas. Gracias a Dios siempre he tenido el apoyo de mi familia en esto y créanme cuando les digo que algún día, llegare lejos. Creo en mi y de lo que soy capaz.

My grandfather, my mother and his siblings have been singing all their lives. Only one of my uncles was the one who managed to record an independent CD, but thanks to those people I was also part of that circle since I was 4 years old. When I was 9 years old I started at festivals and restaurants because my stepfather was invited a lot and once he invited me to sing, the owners of the restaurant gave me a separate place so that I could also have a chance.

Cactus // Cactus

Siempre he amado los cactus solo que nunca pensé en tener uno, un día mi novio me contó que su mejor amigo tenia varios y me los mostraba, quede enamorada de esos por lo pequeño y tierno que eran. Días después estando en su casa me dijo que bajaríamos a donde una señora que los vendía para verlos, para tener uno juntos, chicos, chicas, ese día fue uno de los mas felices de mi vida. Al final no pudimos comprarlos pero tomamos los hijitos que botan los Cactus cuando ya están grandes, los sembramos y los nombramos.

Empece mi pequeño jardín junto a la persona que mas amo y ha sido lo máximo.

One day my boyfriend told me that his best friend had several cacti and he showed them to me, I fell in love with them because of how small and tender they were. Days later, being at his house he told me that we would go down to a lady who sold them to see them, to have one together, boys, girls, that day was one of the happiest days of my life. In the end we could not buy them but we took the little children that the Cactus throw away when they are already big, we planted them and we named them.

I started my little garden with the person I love the most and it has been the best.

¿Monologo o radio pegado? // monologue or radio glued?

Cuando estaba pequeña y en la escuela iban a entregar el boletín siempre había una parte en donde la profesora ponía una nota felicitando a cada alumno individualmente. todos decían ¡Felicidades!, excelente estudiante entre otras cosas, la mía siempre decía: Excelente estudiante, pero habla mucho y es que yo escribía muy rápido, terminaba de escribir primero que todos y luego me ponía a hablar y a interrumpirlos (Bien fastidiosa la Paola). De ahí el apodo de Monologo o radio pegado.

Pequeños detalles // small details

Cuando me regalan algo para mi es algo hermoso y no hablo de regalos costosos ni nada de eso,hablo de los pequeños detalles como una carta, un papelito que diga te quiero, un mensaje en medio del día o un cumplido. Cuando una persona se toma el tiempo para hacer algo por alguien de ese modo es precioso, me parece divino y es algo fundamental para mantener relaciones de todo tipo (Familiares, amorosas,amistades...) Nunca esta de mas recordarle a las personas que amamos lo mucho que significan para nosotros

When I get something for me is something beautiful and I'm not talking about expensive gifts or anything like that, I'm talking about the little things like a letter, a little piece of paper that says I love you, a message in the middle of the day or a compliment. When a person takes the time to do something for someone in that way is precious, I think it's divine and it is something fundamental to maintain relationships of all kinds (family, love, friendships ...) It never hurts to remind the people we love how much they mean to us.

La señora de las listas // The lady of the lists

Sipi, así como lo leen tengo un amor por las listas demasiado grande. A demás de que soy extremadamente distraída y olvidadiza me gusta estar organizada, lo hago mayormente cuando voy a comprar varias cosas o para cuando tengo mucho trabajo en la universidad y ahora para organizar las publicaciones que hago por este medio.

La magia, la música, los personajes, es un sentimiento inefable, cuando veo este tipo de películas siento que vuelvo a ser una niña de 5 años. Me se la mayoría de los diálogos de las películas y cuando las pasan también suelo actuarlas, me divierte hacerlo.

The magic, the music, the characters, it's an ineffable feeling, when I watch this kind of movies I feel like I'm a 5 year old girl again. I know most of the dialogues of the movies and when they are shown I usually act them too, it's fun for me to do it.

¿Futura psicóloga estudiando terapia ocupacional? // Future psychologist studying occupational therapy?

Cuando estamos en el liceo o mucho antes de eso ya sabemos que queremos estudiar y yo quería ser psicóloga, por varias cosas no tuve la oportunidad de cumplir ese sueño saliendo de bachillerato y tuve que optar por otra carrera. Busque algo similar y de tanto y tanto buscar quede en Terapia ocupacional. A veces no podemos planear todo en la vida porque cuando menos lo esperemos nuestros planes puedes cambiar, no he renunciado a mi sueño de ser psicóloga algún día, tengo que que en algún momento tendré la oportunidad de estudiar mi carrera soñada.

When we are in high school or long before that we already know what we want to study and I wanted to be a psychologist, for various reasons I did not have the opportunity to fulfill that dream coming out of high school and I had to opt for another career. I looked for something similar and after so much searching I ended up in occupational therapy. A los 13 años escribí un libro llamado Pensamientos de una escritora que nunca publique en ningún lado porque no lo creí suficientemente bueno. Son contadas las personas que llegaron a leerlo antes de que se me perdiera.

When I was 13 years old I wrote a book called Thoughts of a Writer that I never published anywhere because I didn't think it was good enough. Only a few people got to read it before it was lost to me.

Deporte // Sport

Solía practicar deporte cuando tenia tipo 9 años, llegue a practicar natación, tae kwon do y atletismo al mismo tiempo. Hacer eso a la vez me hacia bien porque tenia mucha disciplina, siempre tuve el tiempo medido para todo. Gracias a eso nunca fui irresponsable con la escuela, mi tiempo daba justo y necesario para esas actividades, descanso, leer y jugar con amigos.

I used to practice sports when I was about 9 years old, I practiced swimming, tae kwon do and athletics at the same time. Doing all that at the same time was good for me because I had a lot of discipline, I always had the time measured for everything. Thanks to that I was never irresponsible with school, my time was just enough for those activities, rest, reading and playing with friends.

Libro favorito // favorite book

Leo de todo pero hay un libro en particular que se quedo enganchado en mi corazón, Si lo sueñas haz que pase es el titulo de dicho libro. El día que lo obtuve a primera vista no me llamo la atención pero cuando lo leí quede enganchada, tanto que esa semana hubo una conferencia de el en mi ciudad a la cual, asistí.

I read everything but there is one book in particular that got stuck in my heart, If you dream it make it happen is the title of this book. The day I got it at first sight it didn't catch my attention but when I read it I was hooked, so much so that that week there was a conference about it in my city which I attended.

Cafe // Coffe

Esto para mi es una adicción, no puedo estar un día sin tomar café, en casa de mi abuela siempre hay que tener café hecho, para que todo el que llegue tome, de hecho, todos los que antes iban para allá salieron del país y estando fuera crearon un grupo por whatsapp llamado Los cafeteros de Emilia ya que mi abuela es la que siempre era la que les tenia el café hecho.

Episodios de ansiedad // Anxiety episodes

Cuando deje de hacer deporte para entrar al bachillerato fue un golpe bastante duro, debido a que cuando practicaba tenia siempre el tiempo medido (hasta para dormir), no me mal entiendan yo amaba ese tiempo de mi vida pero cuando deje de tener esos hábitos por así decirlo empece atener ataques de ansiedad. Me colocaba un horario para hacer tarea, comer, ver Tv y así, pero cuando se me pasaba la hora me desesperaba, también me pasaba eso cuando me bloqueaba por no entender algo en la escuela, me costaba respirar, mi mente no podía evitar pensar que todo saldría mal, temblaba y en algunos casos no podía dormir, y no era solo a veces, solía ser bastante constante. Algunos me dirán: Ay pero exageras, solo tenias que calmarte sinceramente es algo que no podía controlar y hasta el sol de hoy aun me cuesta y no se lo deseo a nadie.

When I stopped playing sports to enter high school was a pretty hard blow, because when I practiced I always had the time measured (even to sleep), do not misunderstand me I loved that time of my life but when I stopped having those habits so to speak I began to have anxiety attacks. Terror a los insectos // Insect terror

Mariposas, cucarachas, grillos, entre otros me dan PÁNICO, lo que es curioso porque parte de mi familia es de una zona rural ubicada en Valle de la pascua estado Guarico Venezuela y yo no puedo estar ni cerca de un bachaco jajaja. Allá es muy común que un grillo este metido en la casa y cada vez que veía algún insecto pegaba gritos y mi hermanita iba a mi rescate, hace 3 años que no voy para allá pero aun donde vivo suelen meterse mucho y ahí me ven, toda paniqueada corriendo y mi hermanita con cara de que me va a matar saliendo a salvarme.

Butterflies, cockroaches, crickets, among others give me PANIC, which is funny because part of my family is from a rural area located in Valle de la pascua state Guarico Venezuela and I can not be near a bachaco hahaha. La serie mas famosa de Fox (ahora Star Channel) es importante para mi ya que es algo que comparto con mi papa desde muy pequeña ya que hay veces donde hay historias intercaladas en los episodios que el me contaba con mucho detalle, sin duda disfruto cada momento que el me dedica para ver juntos esta divertida serie.
