Día 7: ¿Cómo es tu dieta habitual?
Personalmente trato de comer saludable, mi dieta incluye vegetales, frutas, verduras y cosas no tan saludables como frituras y chucherias. Creo que una buena alimentación debe tener un balance de todo ni muy saludable ni poco de ello.
